paint area is full of great workers. our cashier on sat. 2/27/2021 kristen was really friendly and polite, she answered all we needed to know and we were happy to see all wearing masks(the proper way) IF YOU NEED PAINT GO HERE the young gentleman there knows his stuff!

Searched all over for ice melt. No one had it. Then I went to Home Depot. They always have what you need.

Online orders NEVER get filled. A lot of staff either ignore you or lie to you because they're too lazy to ACTUALLY look for items that are supposed to be in stock.

Due to my emphysema, I cannot wear a mask so therefore I have a medical condition and it's never been a problem in this store up until yesterday. At the pro desk I went to check out and I was berated and belittled by the young lady jabali or java, who insulted me in front of other customers. Had she asked politely, I would have went to another register. But because of her horrible attitude I told her that I had a medical condition and could not wear a mask then she continued to insult me as I was walking away. Another employee came over to calm her down and I could hear her continue her insults. Today, the manager Bryan called me and asked that I not come back to the store unless I wore a mask. He claimed that it was the law and if I wanted to shop there, I had to wear a mask. I've been going to this store in Bridgewater new jersey since it opened and I've spent thousands of dollars there every year. I will never step foot in that store again and I will be contacting my attorney.

Store is well organized but needs more hands on type of people to help customers

Appliance Sales Staff poorly trained. Was expecting my dishwasher to be delivered and installed today, but when the delivery came, I was told I needed to schedule the delivery separately, and that it would be either today or tomorrow. After calling and being on hold for 40 minutes I was told that the first delivery date available is in SIX DAYS. This was NOT The expectation that was set by the salesperson writing my order. I will never buy another appliance at Home Depot again.

I went in the store to purchase a stove went to the particular department and I was approached by Heena. She was very gracious and very helpful and made you feel like you were the only one in the store and she was going to make sure that I got what I needed and she did very nice person.

It is easy to find the products, and if you need help, employees will be there for you

There are never any associates available to help. Thank goodness for the app, because I would never find anything otherwise. The whole experience is miserable. During a pandemic the associates do not properly wear there masks.

I was surprised to see how clean and organise this store is, and the employees are nice and try to help you and if they can help you they find someone who can but the best thing I like is that just about everywhere you see handsanitiz. I would like to ask Home depot shopper to be mindful and use the handsanitiz before and after touching the merchandis in the store. Clovis is still out there and when ever possible I use there handsanitiz before touching anything in the store and is a little thing that I can do for the next person that touches the same thing. I believe you as a shopper can do the same, Home depot is trying by , the handsanitiz is there use it. I work , I'm a handyman and I get calls to go" maybe to your home, think about and do the right thing

I liked this store but not today. Bad customer service in tools except for Tom. The rep is lazy.

I feel this store stocks item for sale but don't make them readily available for customer to use when entering the store to wipe down carts or hands.

Posted sign says Returns are Free and Easy. They were Not!

I never got assistance when I was about to load my car with heavy items and I did 3 times at the Home Depot Store #0947 in Bridgewater, NJ. The employees came up me to offer assistance as I was about to load heavy bags of soil into my car and I am a 66 year old female - WOW!!!

I shop this store 2 to 3 times a week. The store is well staffed however associates are usually grouped having non-work related conversations. On more than one occasion when I needed assistance the employee pointed to an aisle or spent 2 minutes telling me where the item is located rather than helping. I don’t shop looking for 5 star service, just the basics.

the store seems to always have what I NEED OR THEY WILL LET ME KOW WHICH STORE HAS IT IN STOCK.THEY ALL WORK HARD TO KEEP THE STORE CLEAN AND SAFE SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO SHOP DURING THIS EPIDEMIC. ITS NICE TO SEE THEY ALL ARE WORKING AS A TEAM.

Store is definitely one of my favorite place to go especially for my gardening needs. They have a variety of indoor and outdoor plants and decorative ideas. Also just recently purchased a Water Heater Tank and had to return coz of wrong measurements, we didn’t have trouble returning the item at all. Everyone is very friendly.

Chris Mann was an excellent employee who went out of his way to help me. He's a true gem to the store
