Whenever I shop at this store they have the products I need. Most of the sales associates are friendly and helpful. Store is basically clean for a “warehouse” and it is not to far from home. Conveniently located with other stores so you can get everything done in one trip.

Great layout, thinks are where common sense would say they should be. Staff is great and very friendly, I have been going here daily for 15 yrs I know half the staff by name and tons of them know my kids names and talk to them when they see them. Great people at customer service (Rhonda) Rentals (Habiba) and pro desk (tom and the rest (sorry blanking on names at the moment) - otherwise is a hd but its the staff that makes it a good one.

Edwin was my cashier, no smile,no hello and no thank you. Someone put a bug up his!!!!

I placed an online order at around 11:30 a.m. The site clearly said the two-hour turnaround time may take longer, which was understandable. I stopped by the store on my way to work at 4:30 p.m. The associate, Brian P., was snide from the start and told me to "get the stuff myself. It's in Aisle." He clearly had no interest in making it easier. I'll get the items elsewhere. Given the number of carts outside, maybe Brian should be reassigned. I'm sure some mopping needs to be done and toilets cleaned. It's clear he's been tasked with a job beyond is abilities.

If you're looking for help then this store is the place to go. A lot of the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Even if you're the do-it-yourselfer, You can definitely expect to get help at this store

It's a fine store with good employees. They should concentrate more on keeping all of the aisles open and clear during business hours.

Kevin D in tool rental and Brett in hardware went above and beyond to help me. I went in looking for license plate screws on a very hot above 90 degrees day. I was welcomed at the door by a very nice lady who referred me to Brett. He showed me which screws to buy and went out to my car in the heat with the tools needed to ensure they were a correct fit. Brett and Kevin D gladly worked together to make sure both my license plates were on with the correct screws and I am beyond grateful

Wayne in Plumbing saved me and my girlfriend over $2000. He shared his knowledge that helped me install a water heater in our new home for $900( water heater, replaced about 40' of pipe and fittings, and tools) and in 6 hours BY MYSELF!! I wouldn't have been able to do this without him. I recommend this store bc of Wayne, aka Doc, he represents EXACTLY every aspect of what a Home Depot is supposed to be. A safe haven for DIYers!

Disappointed by the lack of product knowledge in the store and the amount of employees that will walk right past you with their heads down so as not to make eye contact, avoiding a possible question from a shopper.

The store is extiguished with its staff and employee . Exposing a lot of varieties rather than other homedepot which I visited .

This store specifically has always been a pleasure to shop in and I have returned items, picked up online purchases and asked questions and never made to feel like I was burdening anyone. Kudos to the GM and staff! Thank you.

The cashier didn't even acknowledge my existence. Didn't say hello, didn't say thank you, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Her name was Katherine according to my receipt

Christian in the paint department gave outstanding customer service. He mixed two different colors of paint for us and helped us choose between them. We were kind of annoying customers because we had him mix up some paint for us rgen changed our mind and had him mix up another color only to decide we liked the first one better. But Christian was totally good natured, really cool and patient and polite and helpful, he never made us feel like anything but highly valued customers even though we were being kind of difficult! We were really hapoy with our experience and we left with the right color paint. Perfect!

Very easy to park, shop, and exit. Personnel extremely polite and helpful. I love shopping here. It's my "Go To" store.

This particular location always seems to be busy. As a former successful contractor, I have been looking forward to obtaining employment at this location. I feel I have that little bit extra that Home Depot used to have in the past. I see more, younger associates and feel they need that little bit extra, the direction and incentive to address more customers rather than just watch people walk around the store.

If you go to this home depot look for Lynn the most kindest person I've ever met at home depot. Made my experience awesome. I will drive a hour again just to see and buy with Lynn.

I recommend the Wegman's Rte 202-Home Depot store.-more knowledgeable, will help you reach items on the high shelves. It's a better experience. I had specs from my township for compliance, it was only the 2nd employee who actually stayed, read the form and helped me look for the correct weight, classification, category. Carbon monoxide/smoke alarm changes in code required new items, maybe wiring. First employee just asked if I was selling my house, no help, left, answered a older man's ques., and another man's ques. Does he have a problem with senior citizen females? Our church has done work with Habitat for Humanity-not treated like this.

We had a very satisfying experience when shopping at the Bridgewater Home Depot. It is a well organized and clean store. Kevin was the salesperson who worked with us to decide on which lawnmower to purchase. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also a big help after we decided on which mower to buy. He he opened the box, took out the lawnmower from the box and explained how to use it. This made us very comfortable about taking the mower home and putting it to good use. Thank You Kevin. Our shopping experience was excellent and we will definitely return to the Bridgewater store for more items!!

Love this Home Depot!! The staff is always so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. I shop here frequently and always have a good experience. I like to do DIY projects, and whenever I speak with staff they always have suggestions and help me find the best solutions. Once I needed a mailbox repair for something unique to fix the mailbox door. I went in with no clue of what to do and the staff came up with a solution for me.

Store had what I needed but I wasn’t addressed by any employees from the moment I came in to the store until I checked out. I passed numerous employees including multiple managers and felt like an afterthought. I wasn’t worthy of anyone’s time. Cashier at the ProDesk was lovely and acknowledged me.

Yesterday as I walked in the store and a young lady greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her that I had a project to do. She directed me to Tom the hardware department. Tom was able to help me with everything that I needed. I noticed that while Tom was helping me he helped others along the way. That to me was great customer service.

Went to the Bridgewater #0947 store after the Hackettstown store had no stock on a wicker rocker/glider on display. Associate at that store customer service desk said that I could not order the item "in store", had to wait a month for more stock to come in or go to other stores like Bridgewater NJ as they showed 3 in stock. Got to Bridgewater they only had one display and one on the shelf, needed 4. Bridgewater Customer Service rep was very helpful, said I could order from store stock but recommended I order online with free delivery as everything would arrive at the same time which is the route I went with. She was very helpful and gave me options that the customer service rep at the Hackettstown store did or would not give.

Very nice and convenient ,especially the cashier Laura was very helpful too !!

My only comment about this store is the parking lot lay out. It is not customer friendly. And a suggestion about ALL Home Depot stores that i have been in. The COVERED AERA at the construction check out, make that for PICK-UP ONLY!!!! All the LAZY people that park there then go in to shop is making that area REAL DANGEROUS. All should park in the regular spots and walk your lazy …. into the store THEN pull up and load.

Pat C. in the cleaning supplies aisle rescued me! I was bewildered wondering which product to buy to polish my kitchen sink after I used a cleaning powder and messed it all up! She was super helpful. The store layout is very clear. And, the store manager on duty was very appreciative of my positive feedback! I was so excited to get the right product--I just had to let the manager know how great Pat C helped solve my challenge!
