Have been buying all my kitchen cabinets and supplies for our remodel here, everyone is willing to help you through out . Any and all questions, answered , prices competitive one of best Homedepot out of the tri cities.

We bought a refrigerator from home Depot and when it was delivered we had to take our truck to the bottom of the driveway and put it our truck to get it to the house and they were supposed to install it but they left and left me and my 60yr old husband to get it in the house and install it they were supposed to install it not us.so when I called home Depot of Bristol VA they said there was nothing they could do.so needless to say our new fridge is still sitting on the back porch until we can find someone to pay to install it so thanks home Depot you just lost us as customer and also we were told we couldn't return it to the store we bought it from from.we will never buy anything from home Depot again

I made a purchase at Home Depot yesterday that took some time. Our sales person, O.J., was most helpful, patient and willing to help and go the extra mile to help me from start to finish. Highly recommend O.J. and the Bristol location.

We bought the lumber but since our house got flooded we have to put the building on hold right now until we do some more cleaning up at our house, so we don’t have a picture of our porch yet.

I went to Home Depot after two days of a horrible experience with their competitor. I had actually cancelled an order for a washing machine with a competitor after a frustrating 6 days. The experience I had at Home Depot was the exact opposite! A friendly helpful associate met me at the washing machines and graciously answered question and guided me through the sale. All other employees were friendly and helpful. Shelves were well-stocked and neat. I had my washing machine paid for, loaded in the truck and ready to go in no time. I will never shop anywhere else.

Lower prices on washer and refrigerator than the competitors! Excellent customer service. Tracey Peters is the best!

I cannot count the times that my mind was made up to shop at Home Depot. Store is always clean, employees are friendly and helpful, quality products and paying less money than other competitors. I will shop this store.

I can’t believe the horrible service we got at the Bristol VA location! A simple purchase turned into a 3 week ordeal of phone calls, no call backs, no communication NO APPLIANCE INSTALLATION!! Just to be hing up on from Tracy Peters because THEY could not give me a real answer!!!! DISGUSTING

The Behr paint I have bought covers with only one coat. It has the primer included. I am painting a room that has paneling on the wall and it has turned dark but the paint is covering it.

Brenda was smiling and definitely welcoming to me at my arrival at the Bristol Virginia Home Depot. Then Ben polity assisted in locating what I needed. He consulted another associate and they decided that it wss the correct item. They also guided me to a sale price of the same item. Once again; at the register Brenda with her contagious, consistent smile and personality of a saint may the visit finish on yet another good experience. Go Team Bristol !
