ALWAYS ON POINT TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER

I was pleased to find how well the store is organized! Aisles are well marked and merchandise is well displayed. Employees were available and very pleasant. This will be my go-to store from now on...

The store was very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. The items I was in need of were easy to locate and I didn't have to ask many different associates for help finding the right isle. I appreciate when staff make your visit and purchases easy. I was certainly pleased when I left the store.

This has always been my favorite location. I prefer this store over all the other Home Depot stores and out of the other retailers. Employees have always been courteous and the store is always clean and well stocked.

OJ and Kayla in Flooring made the experience wonderful. I picked out my flooring, they were efficient, friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed to get my job complete. Once I checked out with them, they then proceeded to get my flooring and lad my truck! Big thanks to OJ and Kayla!

Throughout the whole store every employee was kind and helpful if requested. And if that employee didn’t know, they immediately found one that did. Thanks Jon Jon, Angie, OJ, and Kayla.

I had a difficult and frustrating order. Even though the store was very busy, I was able to get all the help I needed — especially BECKY, who helped me from beginning to end. I’ll be back!

I most definitely recommend this store. This isn't my first comment on this location but I frequent this store for work and/or home projects a couple times a month and sometimes even a few times a week. Store layout is great, easy to navigate and pick the items for the project going through the store. SMALL RANT to my VET sisters & brothers: I have NEVER been turned down for my military discount but I also took the time to read the policy so I knew how this BENEFIT worked. Now VET's before you get on here and anonymously bash the store for YOUR lack of knowledge and preparedness, know the policy you wish to take advantage of. It's TOO EASY! There are limits and if you expect to use it HAVE YOUR ID - ***Remember (AR 600-8-14: "ID card holders are required to carry their ID cards at all times.")*** and know what the policy applies too. It isn't for sale items and there is a max of $50 ($500 order) = 10% per transaction. Don't get on here all sideways because you have lost your military bearing and are not prepared or didn't take the initiative to know the policy. They are GIVING US A GIFT of 10% off "regularly priced merchandise for in-store purchases" that are generally cheaper than other places anyway. These people work hard to keep this store clean, well stocked and organized. Give them the respect they are due for SERVING US NOW!! Anyway this is a great store with a large selection. If they don't have it or it's a special item like some shutters I had made for my house FREE DELIVERY. Give them a chance. "IF" for some reason you come away "thinking" you are unsatisfied….might be you.

Best store on Exit 7. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I use this location for both business & home projects.

The customer service in this store is trash!!! You would probably get more help from a rock outside than from the lazy associates inside!!! Load carts full of lumber as employees just walk by and look the other direction... need to go back to the basics in customer service 101

So my last attempt was rejected. Guess they don't want to hear the negatives but let me try again Customer service is poor at best. Cashier was extremely rude and more concerned about her phone. Wondering if she was trying scam my card number? Had her phone right beside terminal. Suspicious at the least

Sales associate that help me with lawn mowers was great told me a bunch of information on the different mowers help me to check out but after that was a terrible experience I needed a ladder which they didn't have empty bin no effort to get one in and the check out was also terrible

I find it hard to recomend them when it comes to lumber as you are not able to get help putting it on the cart or loading it on the truck if your alone.... The employee's seem more interested in standing near teh customer service desk just talking... I had a little oriental guy help me find a bulk head and turns out he didn't even work there... just happen to be wearing a vest for working near roads....If it wasn't for him I would have still been there looking for it..

Store was clean-Covid 19 well protected-Very cordial & helpful employees-I give this store a 5 star rating for this shopping experience.

The didn't check to see if they had the chairs I wanted. They said the didn't have them. Same in Kingsport Tnn. Store. I called both stores. I order the chairs on line I thought that they would be there in a few days. In about 30 mins they sent me a email saying my chairs were there. So I went to the store to pick them up. They had a least 20 chairs there. My problem is... They didn't even check to see if they had them . Bad way to do business.

Called in a order ,got there to pick up was told to wait under loading shed ,45minutes later my order arrived,loader said no body told him about my order!! This is twice this has happened to me In a 10 day period!!! Customer service is non existent!!!

Seems like a well run store with all the right stuff at reasonable prices. You do good.

Called in advance about s lawn mower. Matt was informed and courteous. When i arrived Gregg was also informed and took time to help me make a decision. The store was practicing safety and i was in and out quickly.
