Store is clean and associates helpful. Easy garage parking for $3.00. Fast check out. Love the enthusiasm of everyone who works there -- they seem to be thrilled to be Home Depot employees. If they can't help you -- they find someone who can. That's REAL service.

The appliances was easy to find and the store representative was very polite and easy to talk to and she pointed me to the right appliances. I highly recommend the Bronx Terminal store

Great store to visit and am very pleased with everything in the store.

The products were easy to find and the isles were easy to navigate. The assistance was superb and the associates knew their products and gave useful information about the tools I needed for the project that I was undertaking.

Excellent store

The staff and management need to step up on better customer service and technical skills. Finding someone for help takes too much time. The saws in the lumber section break often or are not squared for exact cuts. Blocked aisles and customer leave a lot of garbage around.

Either they are improving or I'm picking a better time of day to visit. But I can definitely say the floor and wall tile area has improved.

This was my first visit to this store. A great place to shop. I was in and out. The cashier was quick, and there was someone available to assist with my purchase.

The store is clean, and the products are well organized. Most of the attendees are easy to find and willing to help; except on crowded days then they are hard to find. Really the only negative I have about here is that the prices of plants are greatly increasing.

Unprofessional and callous staff Always out stock plus lists stock online but when you get to the store they don’t have it YET it’s still listed as an item IN STOCK in that store!!! I usually end up going downtown to the Home Depot on 23rd St, much more professional/knowledgeable staff and they generally have the items in stock.

I went to home depot for buy a deep freezer I was greeted by a very nice lady she was friendly I wish I got here name I was there around 12:30 but when I got there the item I wanted could not be found and my next choice was on top stock in which I was annoyed nothing was down so I can get it and go But truth be told the workers were FANTASTIC they helped me and was very friendly who ever is in charge of training they did a a great job But who ever is responsible for keeping the floor stock needs help Maybe you should have a nightshift just to restock
