I needed help to bring down floor lamps from the shelf high above floor level. I asked store associate to please help me or to please inform other associate who can help me to bring down the boxes of the floor lamps from the above shelf, he told me he will be right back and l said thank you to him. He didn’t come back and he didn’t informed other store associate to help me either. I was standing at the lamps isle for about one hour waiting for him and he didn’t come back.

Bought a Fiddle Leaf Tree at an excellent price

Came into contact with nice engaging associates everywhere, Marlyn at check out saved the day as the attitude of the one male at check out who clearly had some where else to be almost made me abandon my purchase all together.

This location had one cashier working as well as two open self-checkout kiosks with an employee stationed there to monitor and assist. There was only one line for all customers, regardless of how they wished to checkout. The line had over twenty people waiting. The cashier informed me that this was the store's new policy due to theft at self-checkout in the past. I asked if another cashier could be called to open an additional register. Although the employee I spoke with was polite, she did not call anyone to the checkout area. While I was shopping in the store, there were a few employees sitting in the flooring and appliance area without any customers. There's no harm in them sitting and speaking with one another if they don't have customers. I do have a problem with none of them being called to the front of the store by the manager on duty to open a register. Having only one line for all customers, regardless of how they wish to checkout, is not a solution to the store's problem with theft. Neither is having only one cashier and two self-checkout kiosks available. It indicates to me that Home Depot does not value their customers or their time, and the manager on duty is ineffective when it comes to the best use of available staff members.

I go there mainly to purchase plants and the biggest problem there in that store is the lines Jesus the line be all the way down to the back of the store doesn’t matter what time of day I come or day of the week it’s the same problem always

I have bought many stuffs this month with very good prices.

I really enjoyed going into this store because I was able to walk right in early morning about a hour after it opened and buy exactly what I needed. I also really liked how customer friendly the store was and overall I was glad that I was able to go right into the store and out to buy exactly what I needed which was a new drill with accessories and was glad that I was able to go right in and out without any long wait times as well. I would definitely go here again!

Jonathan is a gem in this location. He is very professional, knowledgable, and resourceful.

Store cleanliness needs to improve associates need to be more accessible to the customers. I feel like every time I’m in there. I have to walk around the entire store to find someone to help me. Customer service is not the best. I think that is something else that should be worked on.

I want to thank Frelix R. And Jonathan for all their patience and attentiveness in helping my start the kitchen remodel, design the dream kitchen and most importantly ease my concerns in regards to kitchen remodeling. Very knowledgeable!

Everything about this store is amazing. Especially the staff who made me feel comfortable with taking on the project of remodeling my home. Gave me ideas that I'm using because they were better than mine. Staff is really warm and friendly and very knowledgable with everything.

My cashier Charlene She was amazing patients even through the long line and and the one rude costumer that was just in my personal space that did not back off . Charlene stood calm and collective and thank you for the small discount you were amazing

I shop there often and the new cashier Lisa made my experience better than ever.

I was already having issues with my new approved Home Depot card that I applied online but was able to resolve my issues thanks to a very helpful and thoughtful employee by the name of Destiny. She went above and beyond to resolve my issue, which she did. She’s a great person and team player. She was also helping out employees that came for help, she was awesome indeed. Very efficient and very determined. I absolutely had a Great experience at this store, thanks to Destiny.

I bought some paint the other day that was to dark and I didn’t know what can do with it but I had a wonderful more respectful person by the name Billy help me with my problem took the time to help me with my situation that I had thanks again Billy

Jenny the Manager Refused to help me with a contractor pack item, she insisted on charging me full price for each item instead of giving the sticker label contractor pro pack price. Very rude and unhelpful I buy a lot of materials at home depot and was very unsatisfied with her actions to make the customer happy. Peggy the cashier refused to help in any way at all. So I asked for a Manager to help make it right and Jenny showed up and refused to help and continued with the same nonsense

I took my students and parents to this Home Depot for one of the DIY children activities/planting. All staff members were great! Lots of patience and attention to the everyone.

If you ever have to go to the customer service area look for Lily age was very helpful

I had the most lovely interaction in Home Depot today. So much so that I’m going to rate James using this dumb survey lol. I was so anxious about the whole Home Depot air conditioner thing and it was so hard to get there, I was feeling discouraged like it was gonna be hard but he made it so easy. He was kind, efficient, and resourceful. He literally reviewed the available air conditioners my unit accepts, found the air conditioner I wanted available for delivery online, helped me get brackets as they weren’t included, and helped me complete both the online and in store check outs! I appreciate someone who will take their time to explain, assist, and support a customer through their purchase. Life is stressful, but it’s better with employees like James.

I rarely need help but when it comes to buying wood products I need help which there wasn't any available. I made do and found some items that suited the project I was doing. Best purchase, pushed me out of my comfort zone. I had to measure twice and cut once well at least with main item. The smaller one had to make minor adjustments. At the end it worked out just fine.

To all customers, do not patronize the HomeDepot at the Bronx Exterior Mall. I when to Home Depot early Sunday morning on 1/15/2023. All the self-automation machines were out of order and only two cashiers were available. Customers should not have to wait on a long line Sunday morning. How can a store Manager only have two cashiers working, and the rest of the cashiers not scheduled to work? This is unacceptable and bad business practice for customers shopping at Home Depot. The Manger is at fault, allowing this to occur for paying customers and neglecting his duties.

I bought potting planters for my plants I love the prices, I also bought a big gallon of dish washing detergent price was a great deal.

I often shop at this location. I’m always in a rush. They staff is great. And it’s all because of a great head cashier name mike. He is patient, very knowledgeable about everything in the store , while helping multiple customers and his fellow employees. If you ever shop here and fortunate to see this guy your in for a treat
