I always look forward to go to the Home Depot in my neighborhood, I take my children with me so they can also enjoy the experience. They enjoy the stores. They also enjoy walking through the stores.

Charlene always willing to help. She's Amazing. Need more managers like her.

They is a pretty good store but the need more assistance for customers on the floor. Most time I have to look around to find help or a question.

We had to go in to the store to place our order as the online service wasn't working for us and we were in-and-out in record time due to the expertise & efficiency of our customer service rep, Paula.

I purchased a beautiful plant for my home and James expertise on plants made my selection easy. Loved sharing plants concerns with James and receiving information on the proper care.

I frequent this store a lot probably more than the average customer. I've noticed the changes store wide. But there's always an exception. Electrical and flooring are always a mess and if you find an associate in these departments usually they don't know the product or have a clue of how it is to be used. Or if the product is not on the shelf they don't even take their time out to look for it. Even though I've already did my research and have seen that it is in stock online.

I had the most Amazing experience with Christian from Checkout! He went Above & Beyond to provide an Excellent Experience!!! He even directed me to products I needed right from his Checkout Station and waited patiently to Cash me out! Thank you Christian!

No one seems to know where anything is outside of the general area they are assigned to. Employee I dealt with was rude and dismissive and chastised me for fixing items on the shelf. Never again, I’m so disappointed in this location. Heaven forbid you go near closing time as I did you better not bother.

I was very impressed that the manager and staff were so highly motivated to learn about our non profit and its work in relation to a garden project with seniors, and then discounted a range of items which we were needing to purchase, and then offered staff to come and help us redesign the garden to make it even more successful

Bought 1 unit before and went back for 2 more just like it. Price was excellent and the unit works great.

I brought a microwave and it was very heavy but a cashier in the front saw and helped me out great customer assistance by the cashier bineta

For such a great shopping experience, I will continue to do business with Home Depot at the bronx terminal market for years to come.

This store consistently seems stocked more for apartment renters (or owners) as (in certain departments) it seems to have a smaller selection than other branches which cater to homeowners and construction professionals. I use this location for quick trips and always verify if items are in stock (via the app) prior to going. Parking costs $3, so I have to make sure the trip is worthwhile. Please note that the Home Depot app is not always accurate with number of items in stock. This location is fine enough, but it's not my first choice. The Gun Hill Road location is better, but is far and takes time to get there.

Don't go there to buy window blinds that you need cut. We waited 25 minutes for them to just FIND the guy to cut our blinds, and when he finally showed up, there was a line ahead of us - and of course a line formed behind us of others waiting after us.

The stunning lack of any degree of customer service or basic desire to their job among every employee is unbelievable ....only thing that changes is that they defy the law of reason and manage to actually get worse each time.
