One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. None of the workers appeared to be on the same page. I had called ahead to ensure that cutting services would be available, and though I was told that they would be, I arrived to find that the store's table saw had been broken for weeks. I ended up having to purchase a circular saw, even though I have neither the space nor facilities in my tiny apartment to cut lumber. Not to mention the extra cost. Workers were inattentive and unhelpful. I was clearly struggling to transport large plywood boards and lumber to checkout, but was offered no assistance. I was told that while the vertical saw was operational to cut the plywood, I had to first purchase the item and then take it to be cut. When I went to make the purchase, I was told that if I left my measurements with customer service, the item would be cut down before delivery, as the staff member in charge of the saw was on break. Imagine my surprise when a giant 4x8 foot plywood sheet was delivered to me a few days later. Apparently, the customer service representative had been misinformed, and they were unable to make a cut unless the customer was present. No one called to inform me of this change. If they had, I would have gone back to the store in the days leading up to my delivery. Now I have to arrange a return, go back to the store, and repeat this process again. After dealing with the lumber, I picked up the items that I was able to take home with me. As an extra slap in the face, shopping bags were unavailable, meaning that I had to carry many loose items in my arms on my long walk home.

Positives: Customer service employees were helpful, professional, and kind - particularly Celeste and Chasity. The store was clean and there were hand sanitizers available for customers at each entrance. Negatives: Customers were not following social distancing guide in the lines.

The staff was very effective and efficient, I was able to get in the store and out in a record amount of time.

I was totally lost when I first went to the store and there was a young man that assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable in helping me to make my purchase. The supervisor "Trishana" was very professional and extremely helpful. Overall the experience was AWESOME.

Great service over at the Rental area. Knowledgeable employees who send you off confident on the use of the tools you are renting, even if its your first time!

I shop at this location. However my last visit was extremely dissatisfying. I encountered two male employees in the painting section. That were in charge of taking paint orders and mixing paint. I found them to lack customer service skills and friendliness. I ordered one quart of paint and waited like everyone else to receive. My paint never came as I watched everyone else receive theirs. I watch people that ordered before and after me receive their paint. I approached the counter to check on my paint order. I was met with no awareness of my order and a nonchalant attitude. the employee that took my order then tells me it's not available. I don't understand why he saw me standing there and never said anything. Instead he just let me wait. He then informs me that they have a alternate paint. I say that's fine. I continue to wait for an extremely long period of time. as I now stand with a whole new set of people making orders. From the employees demeanor and movement as clearly as I could see. They were intentionally making me wait. I don't know why. I truly felt powerless in the situation and extremely annoyed. It's okay that customers wait but employees have to have customer service skills, otherwise the experience goes down the drain. Neither employee had any unction or care for their job of assisting others. This is basically the only way I could leave a review.

The store was very neat and clean. I purchased a christmas tree with lights and it was exactly what my family was looking for.

I would only recommend this store if you know where to go and what you are getting. Store pickup is not an option. If the staff feels that the item is not in stock REGARDLESS OF THEIR OWN WEBSITE SAYING IT IS IN STOCK, then you are out of luck and they will cancel your order (wasting your time waiting on line at the pickup area) without you knowing it. It's still a great store as long as you know where to go and what you are getting. You will not have any employees to help you. I had to go find the part myself under the suggestion of the order pickup person. They are supposed to get people to go and get it for you, but they won't suggest it so don't waste your time if you are confused about what to buy or where to navigate in this store. If they don't want their employees to help out they should give us all maps so we can find stuff ourselves, but they will not come to help you. They are all too busy stocking the floor and ringing on the registers.

The store was very organized and clean! In every Home Depot everything provided is exceptional and of amazing quality. Roaming the store makes me feel happy and surprisingly satisfying! I always find what I am looking for and more. Staff was very helpful.

This Home Depot has great Customer Service. I always feel comfortable shopping here. Never hesitant to assist you. Always find my products at great prices!! Keep up the great work!

This store in particular is clean. You can find the price in all the items and the employees are very professional.

Friendly store and convenient place in the bronx love it

My experience @ this location was very good. I wasn't in the store long before I located wht I went into hmdepot to purchase. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone else tht lives in the Bronx. I reside on the lower east side of Manhattan. My vehicle stopped about nine mths ago. So it's more difficult for me to get around now. And I'm a disabled woman today, so now I have to use Mass Transit to get around. Thank you & enjoy the remainder of your day.

Due to Covid 19, this store has taken all precautions to keep their shoppers safe. I was very impressed! The store was very equipped and well stocked and staff was very professional. I located every thing that I needed within a short time. Great store!

James is the BEST person to go to regarding plants, gardening and how to revive, or care for plants. He has saved me hundreds, and is the reason I go to Home Depot for all my needs. He makes my experience at Home Depot the best it could be at any department store. He's welcoming, friendly, courteous, and very down to earth.

Store has great line of products. Sometimes they cut some products which is inconvenient when you like same product for the entire building.

I purchased an LG Refrigerator and I had one girl who started to help me and all of a sudden she left me and started to help someone else very unprofessional. I walked around looking around and this young man ended up helping and was very courteous and friendly.
