The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and organized.

The store associates were very knowledgable about lighting and use of LED lights for the home. He shared information on clearance items that would meet my needs.

The staff are always very helpful and personable. The ladies in the paint dept know we by name because I am in there so often purchasing items for my home.

We were looking for a chain saw they were very helpful explaining to my husband which was the best one to buy for what he was going to use it for. Then we needed a heater they were very helpful also. we also wanted to buy a gas space heater but ,you did not have .I had checked online earlier. Everything was satisfactory.

Elvis Smith is an amazing associate who went through great lengths to help me. I would have never been able to fix what I needed to had he not gone out of his way to help me in the beginning. I hope he is there to help me every time I visit.

The store is always clean and orderly. There are two ladies in the paint department that are very helpful and friendly. On various occasions both have offered some extremely helpful tips.

This is a bit smaller store than most Home Depot stores but today's visit went just like most visits here - a real pleasure. This store is well-staffed and well-stocked. The aisles are clear and clean. The associates are friendly and helpful. I like shopping here and have seldom been disappointed with the smaller size (selection) of this store.

My overall view of this store was an outstanding experience in customer service. I was in need of products to mosaic a bird bath in honor of my mother who had recently passed. A young man in the tile department was very knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations and referred me to the lumber department for a sealer. In lumber, I was met by another young man who directed me to the product he thought could help, I was met at that location by a young woman assisting the folk lift operator who then proceeded in explaining the products in detail. It was determined the quantity offered was much more than was needed, so she referred me to the paint department. Once in paint, I met a wonderful woman named Ms Lora. She listened to the story, gave me a hug then proceeded to recommend sealer and tinted paint. I left her to find my elderly father who was engaged in a conversation with another associate, just finishing up the printing of the materials sheet for the new deck he is planning to put on the front of his house and also gave a referral for a contractor that could do the work for him. In the meantime, I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee and chatted with another the young man I previously met in lumber who was interested in my progress in the paint dept. My father and I were on our way back to get our paint when we were stopped by a cashier who had been instructed by Ms Lora to let us know that she (Ms Lora ) was trying to locate the exact primer/paint I asked for in the back room overstock and would be with us shortly. She was, right back in fact. Even waiting in line...as we were letting a gentlemen with only one item go in front of us, another cashier showed up escorting our cart over to the self checkout area and proceeded to check us out. We spent well over 200 on the home depot card today. I always thought I preferred to shop at Lowes because it seemed cleaner? You changed my opinion. Not only is your store clean, but you focus on service. I'm a fan. Congratulations to your store for focusing on customer service. It is refreshing.

The store was clean, well lit, & cool from the MS heat. I went straight to the lawn & garden center where I was greeted by a friendly dept manager. He immediately asked me what I was looking for & after giving him a brief description of what I needed, he took me straight to the lawn mowers I ultimately ended up buying exactly what he showed me first. With 10 minutes of entering the store I was on my way with my new lawn mower. I got a great deal on it & since I reviewed the web site & app before entering, I pretty much knew what I wanted. The store was very clean and products were easy to find. I bought a Milwaukee 46IN 8-Drawer Tool Box #1001-243-467 and a Milwaukee 46IN 8 Drawer Tool Chest #1001-243-468. I am very happy with the 2 products that I purchased. All the associates were very friendly.
