The associate was Greater at explaining to me about the product , he also suggested to me other options that I could use for my project . There was no line at checkout , which was great because normally the lines are very long . The cashier was very nice

Our appliance salesperson, Manik Das, was the most helpful and patient salesperson in history! He was very knowledgeable and let us know about all the discounts and sales promotions we were eligible for, so we could make the best choices for ourselves. I would recommend going to him for all you appliance needs!

the vanity ordered on line was damaged. not only did chino and jorge, 2 associates notice it, they went so far as to replace the back panel so that i would not be more upset than i was, since this was the only unit available. in addition, ashley, at the customer service desk arranged for a discount and made my payment transition a simple process. The staff was helpful, cooperative and even helped me with loading onto the roof of my car. What could have been a disaster ended up being a minor inconvenience, thanks to the attentive staff.

Cashier Arileyda was terrific! plumbing department could stock more items for faucet repair. Store has been buffed up since last visit, but lower parking is cramped and had to negociate with too many vans and trucks in too small an area.

The Prices are pretty reasonable Comparing to other hardware stores .

Overall shopping experience was great , normally the checkout lines are long when I'm there but this time around my checkout time was quick

The Home Depot return policy is great the given you 90days . Comparing to other store given you only 30 day

Sales Associate Laura C was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Her suggestions saved me time and money on the purchase of 5 major appliances for a new kitchen. She is an example of the type of customer service that you expect to get from the best stores. Unfortunately in today's retail environment you're lucky if you find anyone with half of her professionalism and knowledge.

The store was organized very well, products easy to find, and associates very friendly and helpful. The associate at the paint desk was funny, kind, and helped us choose the paint we needed quckly. Spoonie at check-out was extrememly friendly, helpful, and made our shopping experince fantastic. My husband and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I love this store! Shout out to my friends at the self-checkout area. This store is a great place to buy sponges, towels, duct tape and anything else I might need. I bought a Snickers while I was there as well. I forgot the bleach. I will pick it up when I return.

The store associate in the Kitchen Design area was amazing. She was patient with me and knowledgeable about the products and any specials that were available. Planning a kitchen renovation is not an easy task but she made it almost painless. It was a pleasure working with her.

Luis (LEP984) was a great help from the second I walked into the store. He helped me pick out the right doors for the project I'm working on. Even though I changed my mind several times he was very patient and professional and guided me to the right doors I needed. I don't write enough reviews for all the help Luis gives me. I've been a shopper with Home Depot for 9 years now and Luis has been helping me from day one. He was a big factor in helping my business grow with his knowledge in construction and products.
