This time I was looking to finance a furnace, and have their outside contractor do the work, guy at the customer service desk didn't know what I was talking about, called the manager and made some phone calls after 45 minutes got everything sorted out, got the credit and credit card info.. not terribly bad, but if he had known what I was talking about from beginning we could have saved the confusion...

Even though it's the holiday season, things are still clean and organized. Able to quickly find everything I needed.

Excellent customer service and very organized store.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Home Depot - it's super clean and well-stocked.

Employees were very helpful and were willing to help me cut a board and that I was not able to cut on my own. Every employee I saw was friendly.

The product was available in color & quantity needed and not at the other store.

Friendly Service and had the product we needed. Being close to the Freeway and Costco helps efficiency of the stop.

The employees at this store take the time to ask if you need help and walk you thru the process of what you need for your project, they are all very committed and friendly!

THE BURLINGTON HOME DEPOT IS ALWAYS WELL KEPT EASY TO FIND THINGS AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, AND ALWAYS READY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.

Had better service here than some of the other semi-local ones. I do contracting work & always prefer HD over Lowes, and esp this HD over the B'ham. Everett & Oak Harbor are both about the same service as being in Burl location - my POV. Any HD help is better than the staff they employ over @ Lowes. HD must pay a little better (IDK).

Darryl and Ed in the Tool Rental Center are really helpful!

The only reason I go here is because they have a lot of stuff there and good prices,but as far as customer service or help or trying to get someone ta help you,forget it you are on your own. I recommend not going through the hassle of even trying,you will save yourself a lot of frustration if you just go blindly along,because you will find it quicker if you do it yourself

Doug in major appliances is very knowledgeable, courteous & cares about his customers. He gave us enough information to make a decision about a new fridge, but without any pressure at all.

I have had excellent service at the Burlington Home Depot, since they have located to this area. I also appreciate the "Military" discount and the extra parking place available to us. During normal shopping time there are always people there to help you with out me going and LOOKING for help! Thank you. The store is well stocked, and Clean and areas well marked so things are easier to find.

Every one is helpful and friendly but I ordered my doors in May and I still don't have them. No one calls me to keep me updated on what is going on. What a mess this has been.

I went to Home Depot and 4 other stores looking for a refrigerator as mine had died, I thought about my purchase overnight and went back the next day to purchase a fridge I had seen the day before. My salesperson, Doug, was very helpful without being pushy and knew the products well. I am very pleased with my purchase and how I was treated (even while asking 100 questions). i will definitely be returning to purchase more appliances and other items when needed, and will always ask for Doug!

The staff in lumber were terrific - they helped me find what I needed and made great suggestions. Home Depot ROCKS!!!!

Very very bad customer service. Don't know why they seem to be unhappy with the customers all the time. A cashier names Natasha even refused to apply a coupon for us, and asked us to bring all the 12 feet trims (30 of them) to do a simple return and resell. Feeling like we were treated like a 2nd class citizen whenever we were there. Really weird. Come to Lowe's, which is 3 minutes away, and everything is different there. Much more friendly and helpful staff at Lowe's. Too bad the Lowe's store is too small and doesn't carry a lot of items.

Everytime I walk into the store I'm greeted. Every department has knowlegable team members. This is my go to store for all things for the home.

I compared Home Depot prices to Lowe's for my current project. There really wasn't much difference in either products or prices. Patrick, in the Electrical Department made ALL the difference. I will be buying supplies for this project at Home Depot. Thank You Patrick!

Home Depot honors coupons from other stores. The Manager today decided he personally doesn't like Harbor Freight. So after we were told they would take our e mail coupon if it was printed, we went to one hour photo to have printed because we live on an island far from HomeDepot. We brought the coupon back and the cashier was willing to take it because that is their policy. The manager wouldn' t due to his personal feelings. We wasted an hour of our day printing a coupon that should have been honored.

Sadly, I have been in a few HD stores in other states where you had to actively hunt for someone to help you. Not at the Burlington store... I am always satisfied there with with willingness of staff to help and with their in-depth knowledge.
