If you wander the store (dangerous), you'll find more things for home projects than you'll ever be able to accomplish! The employees are helpful, always asking if they can be of assistance, and if they don't quite have the expertise to help, they find another that is usually an expert on whatever project you are trying to accomplish.

The sales associate was very helpful in finding pipe for my new adjustable clamps.

I was advised to use a pad roller for staining my deck. It made large stop and start marks. I could have used more information than I was given. I am a novice.

Jerry in the Lawn & Garden area is one of the best - very knowledgeable about grills and will not only provide you with excellent information about the products, but tips on use and care so you get the best for the money you pay. Glad this store employs someone with talent and knowledge like this.

I have developed a habit of asking and bumping from associate to associate to speed up shopping. I know where the major departments are, but by asking for specifics as I go, I can play "bumper cars" and get in and out of the store with the right parts and pieces in less time.

I asked for Customer Service in Plumbing at the Customer Service Desk. I waited for 15 minutes on the plumbing aisle for an associate. Nobody Came to help! Thankfully, I figured out what I needed by myself! Next Time I will Go To Lowe's or Ace Hardware! At least I get Fast and Friendly Help in those two stores!

I found a great lawnmower for a great price. The customer service in the lawn and garden section was very knowledgeable. I was happy to get in out out with exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent assistance from the young lady in the garden section. No assistance from the woman in the paint section or at the checkout counter. Was informed by both parties that the scraper blades I that I were seeking were "probably somewhere else" with zero effort to help locate them. I went Lowes and found the same item cheaper with the necessary spare blades easily located.

My experience at Home Depot, Burlington was excellent. Very helpful and courteous with lots of added helpful hints. Every associate took their time with me and when I left they asked if there was more they could do.....that's a first. I've been to many home suply stores and never received service like in this store.I was one happy customer.

I was there to buy fencing. Somehow I had my keys fall out of my pocket. Two associates that had helped me out spent some of their time going through my car and my items to help me find my keys. They could have left me on my own to find them, but they were very helpful. Good experience!

Okay folks, here is my bottom line. When I am working on old equipment of inventing work-arounds for my latest odd project, the Burlington associates have never tried to fake an answer or ditch me. If one associate is not aware of what I need, they find someone who is and get me back on track. Thank you for making a lot of building and systems possible.

The employee helped me find the lighting fixtures I needed and explained details to me. He was very willing to show me the items I needed.
