I shop Home Depot more than I grocery shop. The associates are friendly and helpful and most importantly AVAILABLE to help. They do NOT "hover". It is my "GO-TO" store for home projects, needs, and gardening.

The store was clean and products easy to find thanks to the isle number being listed with the online product search at the home depot site. Thanks for that!

The Cadillac Home Depot has the best associates. If you need help they are always there, even if it is not their assigned department. If they cannot help then they find someone who can help. The cashiers are just as helpful. I have NEVER been disapointed in the many times I have been in this store for the displays, cleanliness, assistance or the quality of the products. If you want a neighborhood Home Depot, lets hope it is the Cadillac store.

All store Associates are fantastic. This is the best Home Depot I have been in and I have been in many ,many, many Home Depots around the country. The only problem is the Black scan code on the Blue (cold) Pex pipe, there needs to be a tag to scan. Black on Blue is very hard to scan and is a hassle for the Associate.

I needed help installing a gas dryer that had to be converted to propane. I went in with a list of items my husband wanted me to purchase. I had to wait for an associate, but it was worth it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get the parts I needed, and a lesson in plumbing.

Helpful associates. Good experience. Very friendly. Greeted by several associates.

We needed a few cabinets for our cottage. Cabinets were easy to find, and the selection was big enough that we found cabinets in stock that would work for us. Our Associate, Dawn, was extremely helpful and even negotiated a discount for damaged display models. She had everything taken up front so we could continue shopping for other things. A completely enjoyable and productive shopping experience!

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE FRIENDLINESS AND HELPFULNESS OF THE CASHIER, CHERYL, AT THE CADILLAC MI STORE. SHE LET ME KNOW HOW I COULD GET A DISCOUNT ON MY PURCHASE. IN ADDITION, SHE FOUND PAPER AND HELPED ME WRAP MY GLASS LIGHTS FOR TRAVEL!!! ANOTHER CASHIER, SHIELA E., WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AS WELL.

Thank you to Tina in the paint dept. for helping me find the stripper I need for a cabinet I am refinishing.. Also: Thank you to Steve in the electrical dept. for helping me find an oversized switch plate. Thank you to Assistant Manager Archie for checking me out at the service desk. I misread a sign and purchased 2 HD mugs, when I realized the difference in price I had to return them. Archie sold them to me for the price I thought they were instead of the price they really were. Thank you Archie, I really appreciate that :)

Jim who sold us our washer and Dryer was very helpful. Thank you. later we bought a cabinet and got it to the car and realized my husband could not load it and nice young man came a long and offered to load it for him we then found out he was on his way home and worked at the store out in the warehouse area his name is Gary. Thank you so much for taking your time to help us .

The sales associates were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Am getting a lot of my items delivered that process was very smooth.

The customer service at Home Depot is OUTSTANDING! Associates have helped me find products, loaded my car and even helped me figure out repair solutions. Their return policy is great.

Having often shopped at this Home Depot I have found the staff to be consistently helpful and willing to assist in locating the products necessary in filling my needs. I have made purchases in every area of the store, from tools and building products; to Christmas Products and lawn maintenance equipment. I am not a contractor or skilled craftsman, however I have always received useable advise and suggestions from the staff at this store, which has by in large allowed me to successfully complete whatever project I was working on.

The Home depot has such a wide and varied selection of tools, hardware, and almost everthing you need for your home projects. No need to go to different stores all over town.

Product was available and associate made sure of count. Going thru checkout was simple because they had my account available to them. Very friendly associates!

I highly appreciated her assistance in finding a needed item quickly because I recently had foot surgery and shopping is problematic at present. The store was clean. The associates were very helpful. We were looking for new screen doors and the man that was working in that department was very very helpful. In no time he was there and asking us if we needed any help.
