The employees are always eager and willing to help, regardless of their assigned department. I have been to this store numerous times and employees from different departments have went out of their way to help me in a different department than theirs

Great store

Maddie, at the service counter, was extremely helpful during our visit. We had completed a portion of our flooring project last summer and were seeking the materials to finish up the remainder of the job. Upon providing the SKU, we were informed that the flooring was not available within 100 miles and therefore would not be able to be shipped to the store, or our home. As we tried to accept this fact, Maddie requested we allow her to try one more thing and took the time to create an account for us to attempt a special order. She was able to successfully order the material we needed, at no extra cost to us. Thanks to Maddie, we will have new flooring throughout our kitchen in mudroom within the next few weeks and before the arrival of our daughter. Better yet, the flooring ended up being less per case than the listed online price, saving us over $50. We will definitely return to this location for future home projects, both due to convenience of the location and the outgoing and helpful nature of their staff.

Very neat ,and clean store. If looking for assistance ,someone is always their to help, plus very friendly. Id recommend this store in Cadillac!

The store was very helpful and fantastic and very clean everybody was very courteous

team members did not want to help the customer when needed. Asking for assistance made the team member mad,he had other things to do. But the store was clean and well lighted.

I enjoy my visits at The Home Depot. I have never had a bad experience with the store in general or the employees. They have always been so helpful and patient...and they go over and above explaining "how to" do something, and they take the time to take you directly to what you may be looking for. Great Place.

I enjoy going to the Cadillac Home Depot ,the workers are very friendly,if I can't find something they are always willing to help me find it and explain how to use it .The store is very organized and very comfortable to be in.The store has so many things ,that it is hard to walk out of the store without buying something.

Every time I visit the store in Cadillac I find an associate who is willing to help with solving the problem I bring to them with courtesy and efficiency. If the product I require is not within reach, which was the case the last time I visited. The associate offered to get a ladder and look for stock replacement instead of blowing me off....now that is great customer service in my opinion! Good job Erik! (sales associate)
