I purchased a washer and dryer and later a freezer. Employee, Katie Norris was very helpful. She guided me through the process of applying the savings coupons and financing as well.

To whom it may concern this is your boy Rico from husband's helper handyman service. I've been coming to the Calhoun home Depot for well over 10 years to buy supplies for my company and my customers. Now I go to a lot of home depots and the competition as well to get whatever it is I need for my company or my customers needs for their projects. But the Calhoun home Depot is the best one in the north Georgia area. I go to Dalton Cartersville Rome etc and out of all the home depots I like this one the best. The people here are the most friendly people and the most helpful I have found at any of the home depots that I have visited. The staff will listen to you and help you figure out what it is you're looking for or the best way to complete your project. And anything you're asking them to get you is not a problem they go over and beyond to help the customers that come to the Calhoun store. Everyone has a nice polite and pleasant attitude a lot of times after an interaction I feel more energetic and uplifted by just talking with one of them. I love coming to this home Depot and the staff is great. Well that's my two cents good luck on your project s.

I was on my lunch break but wanted some items for my kitchen renovation project while they were on sale. Brandon met me with a smile, had the best attitude, and had tons of energy. He cared about me as a consumer and worked to get me the best package and discounts. Brandon even teamed up with a team member, Martha, on my last purchased item that needed dismantling. Yes, he dismantled the microwave display model while Martha checked me out. I even had time to grab a bite when returning to work. The customer service experience I encountered on purchasing a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave was the best! If you ever need kitchen appliances, go to the Home Depot store in Calhoun, GA!

I have bought the economy packs of green air filters and was told they were discontinued at the Calhoun store! I will still go there but for other things besides air filters !

Found what I feel will be a good dishwasher the price was better then comparable dishwashers at other stores. Only complaint right now is that item was on display but not keep in the store has to be shipped to my home in 6 days.

If you need help with a battery chain saw...skip this place. Or take someone with you who can help you. You'll get no help or info here.

I shop at this HD many times and have had great experiences as far pricing, pricematch, and product availability. If this HD doesn't have it they also find a way to either get the tool or product or point you to the right store that will have it in town.

The level of customer service - positive interactions and helpfulness of staff was great! A huge shoutout to Anthony in lumber who was very patient and helpful in selecting a product and cutting it to specs for me.

Katie in the appliances department is very good in her area, knows exactly what she is doing. Service desk was very helpful too.

Anyone who has or have had a child going to college knows one of the “biggies” is getting a small refrigerator. Just by chance the Calhoun location has many varieties at good prices. Better get yours before there all gone.

I love how much home depot employees seem to love their job and offer smiles and help. A trip to home depot is really like a treat for myself. Id rather go to home depot then get a massage.

I had to return a fan past the 60 days because my contractor no showed and no call . Saun was kind enough to look up the online order and issue a store credit. I’m thrilled that I am not out the cost of the fan due to unreliable contractors.
