My experience in shopping there tends to be great all the time, especially since I shop early in the morning. Store interior is always clean. The associates that I engage with questions always go out of their way to make sure I find what I am looking for, The Pro Desk is top notch! Cashiers as well! I enjoy shopping at Home Depot! I spend a lot of time on the road and visit Home Depot stores across the state of Texas, usually once or twice a week. This store wins! The associates were engaging, making eye contact and every single one of them asking if I needed help finding what I was looking for in a very friendly and sincere manner. Compared to other HD's that I have been in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the aisles, the organization of stock on the shelves and the lack of clutter in the aisles (no display stands, no pallet loads of seasonal merchanidise blocking the way) a wide front aisle allowing clear access to the check out desks and everything very well lit. Some of the HD's closer to where I live (in west Houston) are horrible, and I don't enjoy going there at all. This store really stood out.

I frequently visit this store. Over all whenever I visit to get any thing I need, associates at Home depot are helpful and friendly. If some item I do not like, return of the item is also friendly and so far did not have any problem.

For the past ten years I always come to home depot early in the morning after I dropped my daughter in school not only to shop but also to window shopping to kill time for heavy traffic and to look for the new products and sales in store. For the past ten years I was in and out at Home depot to shop I also observed the people who work and shop at this store I even considered to work and I tried to filled the application but unfortunately no ones call me. In the past ten years the overall experienced always positive compare to Lowe's were always lack of associates to help you while home depot associates are always there free to help you for anything, they are friendly, courteous and they giving their time to help you until your shopping is complete. Also there are always 50% off sale on some items in the garden section, 70% off sale on the lumber section and 50%off sale on paint section which is a good money saving for the consumer. Home Depot is the best place to shop and I highly recommended to anyone!

I have returned items here once and replaced items here once and both times, the customer service was friendly, courteous and helpful. No questions asked, they just helped me get the job done. This is a great store and a great place to shop.,

I drove to this nearby store in hopes of finding replacement air filters for my air conditioner unit. I found the particular item I needed listed on their website, but the particular filter was not available in store. I wish I had known before I drove to their location. I would recommend that new customers find a sales associate first and foremost before trying to find any particular item in the store. The store is very large, which is a good sign in terms of stock, but items can be difficult to find on your own.

Always find everything we need at our neighborhood Cambry location. Conveniently located 2 minuets from our home! Got the Paint Color we needed, a blue light bulb, a neon orange can of spray paint and an odd-sized air conditioner filter in less than 15 minutes. Picked up a 4 pack of high quality scissors on our way out for under $4. We Love this Place!

After stopping at other locations in the area over the years, I shopped here after the website showed it to be as close as my usual store. I was very impressed with the condition of the store and its cleanliness. The selection of sprinkler parts was so organized. I have a new favorite location!

garden center is not usually stocked with s. texas products..i.e. fertilizers, seasonal plantings.

Other than the return items that I didn't get credit for, the site and associates were very helpful.
