I have been looking for cabinets at restore facilities. The prices at Home Depot were quite competive. I priced used cabinets and the one unfinished ones at Home Depot were better priced and new. Very happy with my selection.

Had been thinking of reno our kitchen and started painting our cabinets.. Stopped in Home Depot in Canton for a few supplies when Greg saw me looking at a fridge.. we started talking and I told him I really wasn't interested in appliances but a new kitchen.. we walked over and started, for fun, looking at cabinets and counters.. He introduced us to Jen and we set up an appointment for the following day.. She was very knowledgeable and in a few hours we had a new kitchen designed for us. The time flew by. We talked financing and decided to bite the bullet and go for it. He could have just walked away when I said I was not interested in appliances and I never would have make any appt to go over a design. So far every time I go back in he remembers me and is as excited as we are about our new kitchen. Just starting to get things going but I know if we have any issues I can depend on either Greg or Jen to help us through it.

I know the customer is not always right. But when a customer asks to speak with the manager and is told, "He doesn't have time to come talk to you", something is wrong with management. I was simply inquiring about lumber from a new pile or a discount on existing pile due to heavily weathered, split and moldy lumber that should have been written off and taken off the floor. I will take my cash in hand to a competitor in the future.

It was very easy to find the items that we needed when shopping at this Home Depot. All the aisles had very clear signage. The prices were clearly marked and very competitive. There are many sales associates available on the floor For questions.

Even though they were very busy when we visited, both clerks were very cheerful and willing to help.

Bought a refrigerator and Barb our sales person was of the highest quality!

HAVE ALWAYS FOUND WHAT I NEED! STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL IN ANY DEPT.

We have bought several high end appliances over the last few years from this store and have had a great experience each time. Sales people are knowledgeable about the products and the set-up and delivery's have always been smooth. We especially enjoy dealing with Mr. Cabot in the appliance dept.

Easy to find products needed. The do-it-yourself cashier was very friendly and helpful. Watched my cart for easy load of products bought.

NOT A BAD STORE TO SHOP AT. WELL LITE STORE,CLEAN AND FINDING IS AS EASY AS PIE.FOUND SOME GREAT BUYS THAT DAY WE WERE THERE. WOULD SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Josh was one of the most willing associates I have dealt with in this store. He assisted 4 people just with cutting materials and loading oversized items onto carts. The young lady (Shaina - STS2121) was polite and made a point to thank me for my military service after providing me with my discount. These two young people make it a pleasure to come back to this Home Depot time and again and keep me from shopping at that "other" home center.

Your cashier checkouts need to be front and center of store.

Every time I enter this store I look for the girl in the orange shirt and shoes. I think her name is Jeanie. She is always willing to walk me to wherever I need to go. Her smile is infectious also! You need more workers like her.

I used the mobile app to find the location for product I needed before going to the store. In store stock was accurate. I also wanted to measure an appliance while in store, and associate gave measure tape without question. Store was clean.

The store is always clean and the associates are always ready to help. This store has the best customer service at any home depot I've visited.

We purchased a refrigerator for our family room 1-20-16 and requested delivery before Super Bowl Sunday Chloe CCK0378 was so helpful explained the purchase and delivery she was very efficient and knowledgeable with the actual paperwork process which was a time saver for us . Delivery was seamless 1-27-16 they were careful with our new hardwood floors and stairs Beer is cold !! Thanks so much

The store was clean, and well organized. I required assistance from a store associate for information on snow blowers. I was very impressed with the associates knowledge of snow blowers, and completely satisfied with time he took to help me decide on what machine would work best for my needs. Thank you Home Depot once again for being there for me...

The associates are very friendly and helpful. I frequently renovate rentals and spend a great deal of time in home improvement stores. I find Home Depot overall the best place to shop, with much more helpful associates that can answer my questions.

We were helped so much by a Home Depot appliance specialist. Product knowledge was outstanding. He asked specifics about our needs and how we use and was able to make good personalized recommendations and answer all questions.

The sales person I dealt with was great way better than the other 2 stores I went to comparing prices.He is the reason I bought my washer at HOME DEPOT very knolageable and friendly and helpful.I forgot his name but on the receipt his code was SPOS01.Will look for him the next time I need something.Thanks

The service at the Canton Homedepot was excellent, the cleanliness and organization of the store is impeccable, your staff is very friendly and not rude when needing help like other stores.
