In March, we ordered a screen door, which arrived a two months later. However, no one from the installation department contacted us to schedule the installation. When the team finally arrived with the door, we discovered that it was damaged. If they had inspected it upon arrival, they would have noticed the damage. They ordered a new door and issued a partial refund, but they did not address our concerns about the overall experience. They didn't seem to care. In the future, we will spend our money at the Villa Rica location, where the staff is much more helpful and attentive. We still do not have our door; it will take another two months for it to arrive and be installed. This situation should not have turned into a five-month ordeal.

My trip at HD was the easiest I have had in a long time.

Employees care and you can tell they love their job

I love shopping at this store so easy to find what I’m looking for.

I am surprised at the variation of the employees; some are great, some not so good. Surprised because I'd figure management would insure all were great.

Was getting some osb associates avoided that aisle. Another customer help me put it on buggy. Had to load it on my truck with no help. The only associate that spoke was at checkout. He said thank you.

I love Hime Depot. I am very happy that they seem to have increased the number of employees on the floor. It used to be impossible to get help but they must have heard my muttering. The store is always well stocked and the employees are helpful and polite.

the store is clean and stocked but the employees are busy talking to each other instead of the customers. plus people parking in the online pick up area with nobody in the car. this area is used for one use only and should be enforced!

Our cashier was feirndly, helpful and eager to do her job.

I purchase for installation, I returned to store for information, returned for contractor installing. Each time I looked for associate in department, 3rd visit I needed to vent or at least talk to Department Mgr., Store manager, or someone in authority. My store trips ended up with Cleark simply looking at computer at saying we should hear soon!

I bought my boyfriend, who is an horticulture expert, a raspberry bush for Valentine's because he loves raspberries. He loved it and can't wait to get the berries when it ripens. I forgot to get a pot though, so I will be back!

I prefer this Home Depot over the other surrounding areas. Clean, organized, comfortable, and employees are always helpful and willing to help! Carts are always available. Great job Home Depot Carrollton GA

Product we needed was not stocked, so the associates ordered it for us and explained the the shipping service and time frame.

Needed some plumbing supplies to install a new water heater. All the associates I encountered were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to find all parts I needed quickly and easily. Great store and people!

Ms Jackie goes above and beyond to meet the needs of my business, from immediate needs to to tracking my purchases for future jobs. Several times over the years I have needed to find a color on a past job to do a repair or touch up. She piles my folder and looks back at the record she has kept and tells what color, type of paint and sheen to do the work. Ms Jackie is priceless to me as a contractor.

Associate in electrical department was very helpful with assisting me with my electrical needs.

We came to Home Depot to buy a dish washer. Richie answered all our questions and made the process of ordering our dishwasher a breeze!

I have used the Green Gobbler to unstop toilets, and I like the Rejuvinate Shower Soap Scum Remover, and I make regular trips for both. I am enjoying the Dyson V15 cordless vacuum that replaced my V8.

We have numerous times gone to the paint section. we always received professional service and advise from a lady named Jackie that works there. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always has been right on for us. She is the only person we want to talk to about paint

Great store! I wish it were easier to get in and out of the parking lot. The traffic in that area is very congested…especially when school lets out!

I frequently shop this Home Depot store in Carrollton, Ga. I live between two counties and I prefer to go to this one. The people are so friendly and helpful and the store is always well stocked , clean and organized.
