They cannot run a loading area and the employees treat the customers like crap

Ginger and Rebecca made my experience above and beyond yesterday.

Every time we visit the cashier Tamia always greet us from the time we walk in to the time we walk out. She really helps us every time we come to Carrollton Home Depot.

We came to buy 80 cement blocks and waited 45-50 minutes and had people who got here after us and got loaded and gone way before us and then found out after all that time that we would have to unload all the blocks ourselves or pay $50 for pallets so they could just sit it on trailer

This is hands down the best HD we’ve ever shopped at.

Visited to get wheat straw, waited in line to check out, told the cashier I needed a bail of wheat straw, checked out then was asked to wait for someone to unlock the straw trailer, 10 minutes go by and still waiting, checked the receipt while waiting and noticed the cashier rang me up for pine straw instead ($3.00) more. Advised cashier and I was told I had to go wait at customer service to get refund. So this 30 minute visit was a complete waste of my time. Please train your employees better.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.

My friend and I needed a shelving unit for her small kitchen, as we were cleaning out her home and organizing it. We went to 3 stores before going in Carrollton Home Depot. We found exactly what we needed and even had an employee load it in our cart. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, which makes a shopping experience very satisfying. Thank you so much HOME DEPOT.

Patrick in plumbing assisted me (a woman) by talking me through products needed to repair my kitchen sink hot water service line. The SharkBite Max products worked Patrick. Happy Easter to you and thank you for your kindness and help.

I always shop at home dept and neve have any problemes but yesterday, when I was checking out the lady at the front desk, was very rude, like coming to the register and did not greet me, and ran over to check to see what I was doing and then tried to act like she was throwing away some paper in the trash can that was beside my register.I did not like that at all and it was rude

I always go here first, even if I end up buying somewhere else. So grateful for this store!

If you want quality service ask for Mason or Hunter. They go up and beyond. I suggest not shopping at the Newnan location. They sent me the worse product. Mason and Hunter fixed the problem I had and they actually followed up to make sure I was good to go.

I had bought this product one week ago received on time

I love this store and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have other HD stores that are closer than this store and I would rather drive a little farther to come to the Carrollton store.

I had several locks to be rekeyed and the employee did it with ease. While doing my locks, people walked up to him needing to know where something was, he knew the exact aisle to tell them! He knew what he was doing, as well as the entire store layout and was helpful to everyone, even if they were not in his department. Excellent place to shop! The BEST customer service with an employee on every corner ready to assist you. They're always smiling and do their best to make your visit a great experience!

Very poor customer service. No help. Management needs to be focused on their business instead of sitting in the office and directing their employees how to give great customer service.

Had a question and three home depot employees stopped to help me find and item. Matt, Sami, and Sam. Very helpful and appreciated their help.

Cole Allen knows where every product in Home Depot is. I mean he even knows where the door shims are on an end cap. My trip to Home Depot is a lot faster when he is working.

They were all assisting everyone with smiling happy faces and such kindness!

To be totally honest, I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot, and even today, when I went for several items for our office, I found everything I needed, even asked an associate for help finding an item, and he took me directly to the aisle that I needed to find what I was looking for, even though I told him the aisle number I needed, and he could have just pointed me in that direction. I was very appreciative of that.
