it's like a kid in a candy store when I'm there. if you need it they have it. they can get it if need be.

Products were easy to find and store was very clean.

Home Depot stores have cleaned themselves up... They are also providing associates to help answer questions like never before... Good work!!!!

I would like to thank Mr. Nicholas Poulson for being such a superb individual in helping me to complete my small project at HOME DEPOT. Mr. Poulson is everything great a company would like in an employee. He was professional, polite and very helpful to me and my wife even though it was a small purchase.

Always friendly help. If you ask a question the assistance doesn't know the answer to, he/she will take you to someone, who has the answer.

Everyone were perfessional, knowledgeable, and available to assist me with my choices and purchases. I love this store and highly recommend it to all of my friends who needs to by any items for home or yard.

Home Depot is a wonderful store in Carrollton, GA. It is close to where we live and has everything we need for our home. It has a great garden section and fresh plants. The associates are very helpful every time we need to ask questions about a product.

The associate who assisted me was one of the knowledge person about the purchase I made he answered each and every question I had about each and every different brand available. My visit was made very pleasant thanks to the great customer service and attitude of the associates. They were and are some of the best employee any any business could hope to have!

My wife and I went into the Carrollton Home Depot to price washers, and we delighted to be helped by Mason Shipp, who is a professional in everyway. He explained the products, recommended one to suit our needs, and sold us a dryer to go with it. We both thought of how professional he was, what a great asset he is to the company he works for and this is why I am taking the time to write this review, if you need to get information on an item, chose an associate who is trained in their area, and you should come out great, this is the one time I enjoyed my trip, my wife has special needs, and Mason noticed and offered to get her assistance, which he did and made sure to take her up in an elevator since she has a very hard time walking. At the end of the visit, we were both so impressed by our associate, by the way he handled the sale and since he did so well, Home Depot ended up selling us $3,000 in products that we just went in to price. He informed us of everything we needed on sale and then educated us on the items. You can't get any better than that, and I would recommend the Carrollton Home Depot to anyone looking, this was the best experience buying these items we had ever had, and I am 62. We have used this location for years to purchase many items to take care of our two homes, but this time was special, we didn't expect someone to care for us as much as this man did and to know there are still caring people out there who believe in what they are selling and assist you in getting the right items for yourself, well, all I can say is it was outstanding. Hope we encounter more like this in the future.

I bought a new lawn mower with good help from the associates. It was a good experience.

Friendly folks, products are easy to find and check out was a breeze!!

From walking into the store the sales associate was very helpful showing us the available products (patio chair and table). He then got permission to assemble the chair for us while we waited and loaded it into our car. Was very mannerly and kind, hope he is a KEEPER for Home Depot.

We did not have to search for an assistant, one came to us and asked if he could be of help. Then walked us to the location and helped us find what we needed.

Clean store. The associate were courteous and willing to help me locating my new BBQ grill. a big thanks to them.

Ordered counter tops for my kitchen. It took a little longer than expected to arrive at the store, but I blame that on the company ordered from. Associates were ready to help me load into my truck and cabinets were perfect.

Store is always clean, well lit, and product is always in stock.

I was looking for a blower and the associates their helped me with my decisions. I got a Echo gas blower that was the right size for my applications and the price was right. Thanks I will be back.

Went to get sod and pinestraw.. Pinestraw was very little straw, mostly sticks and limbs. very disappointed in this as the other Home Depot stores I have used over the years have had quality products. May have been a bad bunch, but I didn't pay for sticks!

Someone always asks if you need help at least once.
