I had a great experience today. It was pouring down rain and I went in looking for a storage cabinet for my husband as a gift. The employees were more than helpful and showed me everything. The cashier was great and she signed me up for a credit card (giving me $25 off my purchase), then found someone to help load my heavy purchase into my car. I am likely to use Home Depot as my first choice for future purchases.

Need to have employees to direct you to what isle that the product is on that you are looking for.

Everyone we encountered were smiling and very competent with the products.. Store was clean and products were easy to find. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CARROLLTON!

I go into this store often and everytime the workers are so nice. I know many of them on a first name bases . They are some really good people who work there. I get prompt service and always friendly folk. I highly recommend this store for a friendly environment. People at all post are very helpful. The best of all is the ability to Rent Tools there. I have been using the tool Rental for years and its excellent service. Thank you Home Depot for being there when I needed you.

The store was clean but took long time to get help wouldn't enough help on the floor

None of the management at store 132 will return my phone calls I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location I have bought three appliances one of which has not work since the day that has been brought into my home. I have had GE repair services at my house for this brand new appliance Monday will make three times each time they bring a part it shorts out again. I ordered the appliance on Home Depot.com yet they insist that I deal with store 132 to resolve my issue but no managers there will return my phone call nor have a conversation with me about what can be done to resolve this brand new plants not working. The manager “Wayne” Does not return phone calls and is too busy (Wayne) for customers if you call there and speak with him don’t bother because he’ll never return your call and much less listen to your issues. Corporate office is who Contact In Wayne to resolve my issue at the store level and all he did was get my name and number and told me he would call me back and never called me back and then he had a sales associate called me back to remind me when my repair appointment was occurring. It is not the sales associates job in the store did to contact the customers about complaints the managers if there is any should return the customers phone calls in a timely manner with the resolution. I do not understand why I’ll ever buy the plants at Home Depot.com that I am stuck dealing with a store that I did not even buy the appliance Through that location. I was told a third-party vendor handles all of their deliveries and handles all of their appliance sales so there is a loss of communication somewhere somehow so that means you’re on your own and he bought a plant thing doesn’t work. I feel completely hopeless and I have spent hundreds of dollars on a new range and it’s sitting in my kitchen now for three months and does not work. How many repair man need to come to my house to repair a brand new stove that continues to short out I would never buy another plants from Home Depot or GE General Electric! Please Home Depot Corporatw hire a manager for the store and whoever this Wayne person as please get rid of him because he obviously does not want to do his job nor does he care about the customers. I’ve been dealing with this issue continuously and I do not see a resolution in the future because all I’m getting is a stream of repair man and an out of my home who has time to deal with this they give me a four hour window to sit and wait on them this makes the third appointment they have to come and look at the stove assess it and order more parts who has time to sit and wait for four hours at a time week after week after week?????

Great store.

The store is in a much safer location as compared to the next closest store for me in Villa Rica and it's always clean and well organized. Usually a great selection of gardening /landscaping items to chose from and employees have always been friendly and helpful on each visit. Just wish they stayed open a little later for us night owls.

Lady in the paint department was not friendly

Found products easily and received the assistance I needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I brought in a Ryobi weed eater that the bump knob had gotten completely stuck on and that I had broken in trying to get it off. But 2 store employees managed to get the broken knob off, find the correct replacement part, and put the new knob on correctly. It took a lot of time out of their day trying to fix the huge mess I had made of this weed eater, but they were nothing but positive and helpful.

The mower my husband wanted was available at a great price! Customer service was excellent from start to finish!

Home Depot will likely have what you need for home and garden. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Don’t trust the people in the appliance section. They quote their fees and then tack on bogus charges after you’ve bought the product.

Best Home Depot in FL or GA! Staff is great, especially Nicholas. He does the children's projects, and is fantastic! Visit with your kids and he ensures they have a great time!

To many items setting in isles, items mixed in with other items, new checkout is not for the person that is not high tech. Employees need to help all customers. The store was clean but to many items on display in isles, makes it hard to pass other customers that are looking in same isle. Some items are out of place, found backerrod in with door items and not with caulking that it is used with.

Don't plan on going to Home Depot at any location due to the self checkout only. I don't work for, nor are you compensated for being your own cashier/bagger, greeter, or personal contact person with shoppers who are spending their money in YOUR store.

A good store. Sometimes you cannot find an employee to find out about a product.

The store was very well laid out, workers very willing to assist me anyway possible. Did not have appliance I wanted however they printed me a picture of the one I like with specs and all info about it. Worked out delivery on my schedule. Very pleased with great service. Thanks Home Depot!

Having dealt with Home Depot for over 30 years it is my go store. Sure I have been to others, but for the most part their employees have been respectful and knowledgeable. They have gained my trust and that is something I do not take lightly.

Great store but the new check out system is a mess. There was nothing wrong with the old system.

Although the store is smaller than others, they provide a pleasant visit because of their willingness to help customers. The store is always neat and clean. It's the employees that make or break a store. That employees at this store defently make the store!
