This experience has been the worst $3,000 I ever spent, won't happen again

Went to the pluming dept for a replacement sprinkler head had so many different brands great trip

I was very pleased with how convenient and accessible all of the products were. I was presented with amazing customer service.I would definitely recommend Home Depot to anyone in need of hardware, home decor,and or appliances.

find things I need is no problem it's the price that change my mind.Fix this and everything else will work it way out.

Outstanding serviced as soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 sales people. They made sure I was well taken care of. I was really happy I will be back.

Staff needed @ more technical and complex areas of the massive store, because of feeling somewhat lost, and asking strangers whether are working in Home Depot. The orange overall is helpful.

I had a stopped up plumbing problem and you man in plumbing advised me what to get and how to use it and it worked out to a "T".I couldn't be more pleased and grateful.

I wanted to change the glass lamp cover to a lamp.

Why I gave Cedar Hill Home Depot 5 stars because throughout the store from the time I entered and upto the cashier, every store associate was nice as well as helpful. As I walked in the store I was greeted and then greeted again by another associate while walking throughout the store. When I needed assistance locating an item. The store associate didn't just give me direction, he walked with me to help find the item.

As a woman who is not very handy around the house, I found my trip to Home Depo to be an enlightening experience. I did not know I could find everyday household items: dishwashing liquid, trash bags, as well as shelves, flashlights, and blinds. I even picked up a few magazines Martha Stewart Living, and a Cooking/Food magazine. Staff was very knowledgable and available to assist. Cashier was friendly and very professional. Overall experience was excellent! I will definitely be back.

Needed help with door knob (keyed) not enough knowledgeable associates in the store, waited forever no help - BOO

The people are nice enough but you are just out of luck if you show up between shifts in the dept that you need to consult with. No one can help you. They are always very nice and friendly about it though. They always ask if you need help when they pass by you. That's speaks to good training, but they almost never can help you.

The paint associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

salesperson had hand held computer to scan the prices. Sometimes you never know the price until you checkout.
