Spent over $30,000 at HD on renov kitchen includes all appliances, quartz counters, cabinets, sink/disposal, etc. Advisor Georgette (gxr4zq0) at the 390 THF Blvd, Chesterfield, MO. location, store #8994. I may consider hiring her away from HD (Hah)!

Customer service is great! Daytime Checkers know what and where everything is!

Best Home Depot in the St. Louis County region ... always well-stocked, friendly staff and knowledgeable department personnel.

The first thing I noticed was there are employees throughout the store that are actually looking at you to see if you may need help. The store is VERY well stocked and clean.

I continue to go out of my way or wait until I will be driving past the Chesterfield store because the Pro Desk Manager Chester makes me feel like I am part of a family when I come in. Always greeted with a friendly smile, asked what I need help with and thanked when I leave. I typically have a similar experience in other areas of the store. Overall great store.

I was in a hurry to pick up some 4'x50' snow fence and some 5' steel posts. The first employee I encountered showed me right where they were. A second employee helped me find the belt sander belts I needed. And finally Kathleen helped me checkout. The best thing I like about this store is that their online inventory exactly matches with what is in the store and the products are in the right aisle and the right bay. Plus I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great Job Home Depot!

Staff continues to be friendly and concerned about my needs. Pro Desk Manager, Chester, goes out of his way to build a relationship with the contractors. He is the main reason I go out of my way to purchase at the Chesterfield, MO store.

I have had keys made elsewhere. None of them worked. I went back to the Chesterfield Valley Store and my keys worked!

I am in this store everyday to gather supplies for my projects and without fail I am greeted by name and with a smile. I used to shop at 4 other locations because of convenience to the work site but since Chester, the ProDesk manager approached me a couple months back, I go out of my way to purchase both large and small quantities even if it’s totally out of my way. They make me feel like family every time I’m in. Actually as a smaller contractor, I don’t feel like they treat me any different than a large Contractor.

I was searching for a double door to add to my office. I spoke with Eric Musial and he instantly took the time to explain what was needed and order the door. I had been to two other stores to get a door and none were able to assist or order the correct item. Eric and staff were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and provided immediate assistance where others in Millwork did not.

I walked in with a project. Walked out with confidence. Why? Kathleen’s knowledge and recommendations. She helped me understand the best soil to use, plants sensitivity to heat, using root stim to help with transplanting the mums in the front of our subdivision. She explained that some mums were grown from seed and others in a hot house. At the end of my trip, my trunk was full of the right stuff. I drove off happy and prepared for success.

We purchased a refrigerator through Home Dept. Andrea the Store Manager was very helpful, making the process quick and enjoyable.
