After 20 years of purchase at Homedepot ... Cant find fault easily. Fast and friendly always. Most employees are very knowledgeable and THEY HELP. I like buying Homedepot online. They made it easy to return poor products (bought online) by receiving the returns in the stores, so I dont have to pack the product and mail at the post office. Excellent.

The Beverage Refrigerator was not in the location where the floor model was located. Ron assisted us and took the time to find it on the top shelf of a different aisle. He SAFELY got it down. Very impressive of all the safety measures he used. He was extremely friendly. We appreciate all his time and effort! Cheryl at check out was also extremely friendly.

The cashier was more concerned about getting through the line, (3 people), than correctly finishing my order. The rest of the employees helped, but shouldn't need to checkout twice to purchase what I had in my cart.

Again, the excellent rating is mainly because f the help Allen gave me. I was only there about 15 minutes.

Bagged mulch sale - 5 for $10 - great time to stock up - purchased 25 bags - but no loading help available. Not good given the heat today.

Some times it's hard finding an employee to help in a particular department. They do all try to be helpful even when it's not their area of expertise.

Employees were friendly and helpful the store was clean but extremely short staffed. Not sure if they figured it was a Wednesday and they weren’t expecting to be busy but the store was packed and there were very few workers. So while the employees were great you had to wait so long to get someone to help you. Overall a good experience though.

The store was clean and well stocked. The associate at the paint desk was very helpful and friendly.

The employees at this store are very courteous and helpful. I'm very pleased to get help when I visit the store, and am equally appreciative that (unlike other competitor stores) they actually answer their phones when you call for product information, pricing, etc. Thanks!

The experience is always satisfying. The store has everything I could ever use. I have never, not found what I'm looking for. My first thought when seeing what I need, I know where I'm going.
