i WENT IN TO LOOK AT OUTDOOR FURNITURE AS WELL AN YOUNG MAN NAMED JARED WAS WORKING HE SHOWED ME ALL THE COLORS AS WELL I WANTED TO GET A FEW MORE THINGS HE TOOK THE CHAIRS UP FRONT AND WENT TO LOAD THEM AS WELL LOADED MY MULCH AND TIED MY CHAIRS IN MY TRUCK AND SHOOK MY HAND AND SAID THANKS AFTERWORDS BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFETIME THANKS JARED !!

I love coming to the CBurg Home Depot because there is always someone close by who can help me. The staff is extremely knowledgable.

The main isles were not over crowded with seasonal/promotion items and easy to move around from department to department unlike I find in other Home Depot stores or competitors stores.

I went to pick up an order that I placed online. The lady at the customer service desk was very knowledgeable and just plum sweet!! (Her name is Alice) She has helped me several times and has always been the same. {give that girl a raise!)

We got great help in the plumbing and paint department. The attendant at the self- checkout station was also extremely helpful with assistance for checking out as some items lacked readable barcodes. She also checked on the Rebate process for paint we purchased. We were very pleased with this shopping experience.

I have multiple home projects for remodeling, and the associates were helpful and courteous in making my buying an easy task. The store was clean and the sales were great.

I brought the model number for my Black & Decker string trimmer and asked for assistance purchasing a replacement string cartridge. I was give some I was told would fit. They DID NOT. I had made a special trip.

I have always preferred Home Depot over that blue store (you know who). I send all my friends there and return myself whenever I'm in need of anything to do with house and home.

We do not have a Home Depot in our area, so we drive about 45 minutes to get to Christiansburg. This store has friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. I've shopped in this store a couple of times in the last few weeks for a part to replace in my shower and a Hot Water Heater. Both of my experiences have been great. The store is clean and stocked !!! Great Job Christiansburg Home Depot!!

I was in a hurry and needed some assistance in paint and they were so helpful, took extra time to help me.

The two men who assisted me in the garden section went above and beyond. I was really impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness.

Received help without having to find someone to assist me. I was having trouble getting something off of the shelf and before I had to go and look for and ask someone, an employee was right there asking if I needed help getting the large item. The same thing happened in the parking lot when I was loading it in my car. I was having a little trouble and an employee ran over and helped me out. Both these employees and the cashier were very friendly. I've been to plenty of other places where the employees act like it's a chore to help someone.

Jack wrote up the sale, walked us to the front and sat with us for over an hour while the systems were all down, just to ensure we got the right price and delivery information. I would not recommend the store as a whole, but Jack is amazing and really cares and that makes all the difference- I would buy again from Jack any day!

We found on line that Home Depot had better equipment than other lawn equipment stores as rated by a national consumer magazine. And they had several of the mowers we were interested in available in the store. It was easy to compare the features we were interested in with the actual equipment.

The associates that we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Ornela the cashier that checked us out was very friendly, helpful and extremely patient with us during the whole procedure. Not one time was she rude or unpleasant.

I was in need of 6 bags of an item in the garden area. It was the day before Easter, very pretty day so very busy store. I checked the website for the product inventory prior to leaving for the store. It showed 16 in stock. I figured even if it was off by half I'd still have enough bags of a not so common product. I found two after a bit of searching but I needed the exercise. I was approached by a friendly and eager sales staff. She was looking for additional associates to help for the search and after 4 of us and the help of 2 inventory handheld machines it confirmed there was 16 bags. One associate even went so far as to go to the returns and see if any chance he could find the product on my behalf. We finally did find all 6 bags I needed but the remaining 10 bags had not been a concern of mine but I do wonder if they ever found them, they all seems so determined.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They are also very welcoming to the furry member of our little family. It makes shopping and finding what we need helpful when we know we can bring the dog along with us. They made us feel very welcome. Thanks to all the staff!

Customer Service from Store Manager was excellent as I searched for bathroom mirrors, examining each mirror for tiny chips and distortion.

Ornela guided me through the creation of a new Home Depot credit card flawlessly.

Store was clean and well organized. Cashier (Ornela) was very courteous, knowledgeable,and helpful. She asked if we would like to apply for a Home Depot Card (which I did) since we did not have one, and saved me $25.00 on purchase. Very nice experience . I will be shopping i this store again.
