I set out with my children with plans for a very home-spun project, hoping I could get everything I needed at Home Depot. Not only did they have every item I aniticipated needing, they helped me cut lumber down to size, made suggestions for a way to save a lot of labor, and encouraged me in my DIY efforts. The two associates who assisted me in the store were kind and friendly, and a third associate came to my aid in the parking lot when my children and I were struggling to get items in the car. I left feeling encouraged, equipped, and eager to start on my project. Home Depot is difinitely my go-to for all of my project needs.

We always enjoy going to Home Depot, because we always find what we need, because if we can't find it the associates are very helpful in helping us find what we need. Other stores we have been to, I think the associates hide so that don't have to do anything. It is very refreshing to go down an aisle and someone ask "is there anything I can do to help" or "have you found what you are looking for"? That's the reason we choose Home Depot!!!

When purchasing recent materials for a siding job the assosicates at Home Depot were extremely friendly and helpful when i needed help loading the supplies into my truck!

We are planning a bathroom remodel. the associate in the kitchen/bath/appliace area was excellent. She knew all the products associated with a remodel including cabinetry, flooring, countertops and all the accessories. She even knew more than many of the people that we talked to at speciality stores.

I had trouble finding wood finishes. I found one associate that happened to work outside that was not sure where to find it. He found an associate that did know. Everything else was where I thought it was .

home depot has decking product system that lowes offers at a higher price this help keep the cost down and time needed to find products this store had a complete stock and to help answer several question about my deck project

The sales associates in store are always very pleasant and helpful. Not to mention it doesn't take forever to get someone to load items in vehicle for you. They knew where the item was I needed and took me right to where it was and loaded them in my cart and helped get them to checkout. I find their store to be better organized and associates much more willing to assist with customer needs. Don't feel as if I'm bothering them to ask a lot of questions. You can actually find someone to help you there. Thanks!
