I spoke to a worker upon entering the store. He was joking with other employees so I thought he could help me; however, he quickly said he didn't know where/what the item was and merrily went on his way. Thanks for nothing.

I went to Home Depot to pick up an online order. Krystal was at the customer service desk. While looking at the account for the order, she noticed I was due a refund. It wasn't immediately clear what past order it was connected with, and although another employee discouraged her in taking the time to figure it out, Krystal persisted in following through and successfully processed the refund. She maintained a delightful attitude throughout and brightened my entire afternoon with our brief interaction. She is definitely a star in the Home Depot at Clinton!

I purchased all my indoor and outdoor ceiling fans (Hampton Bay) and all my light fixtures and I’m obsessed

The customer service at the Clinton location is amazing. Everyone there worked very hard to help us solve our issues. Everyone was smiling and friendly. It was such a great experience. We will be back again and again!

I was greeted at the door by several members. A lady named Latonya checked me out. While I was waiting briefly while she was helping a lady on the phone, I noticed how courteous she was to the lady. She immediately helped me with my items, and was very very! friendly. You don't see this much anymore. I was so impressed that this is the first time I have bothered to do this survey.

I PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR FOR MY MOTORHOME AND WAS PLEASED THAT HOME DEPOT IN CLINTON, MS HAD A RESIDENTIAL ONE THAT FIT PERFECT IN THE SPACE.

I was not happy with store. Had to return a couple hours later to finally be able to get someone to help me.
