The sales lady was very nice and helpful and the delivery men were also very nice.

I passed three employees as I looked for items I needed. It was another at the service desk serving someone. There was three more employees in the self checkout area and not one person greeted me. Not one. I would still recommend this location because the morning shift never misses. They are always there asking if you need any assistance.

No one knows what they doing

One of the employees in the appliance section deserves to be employee of the month/year. Ms T. Wright took personal interest in making sure that we had the correct products we needed to complete our home project. She looked, researched, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. She IS an asset to your company.

Customer service is horrible. Anyone you see is usually stocking or blows right by you when you are obviously looking for help. This seems to be a common problem in this area with management and organization. I have gotten excellent service in Phoenix Arizona when visiting my daughter to do handyman projects for her.

Staff was extremely courteous.

I used self checkout for my purchase. I removed my VA verification card from my wallet and asked for an attendant to come to the checkout kiosk I was using. I presented my VA veteran card to the employee which stated I had to register online. The employee refused to give me the Home Depot veteran discount.

We bought a refrigerator which Jay Herbert was most helpful in handling. We were able to got our old refrigerator up and going yesterday due to a simple relay switch so I will be canceling refrigerator order later today, but due to Jay's professional help we plan to buy a whirlpool washer dryer bundle later today in place of the refrigerator. Jay is fine salesman!

I worked there until 2007 and worked at the Madison Store from August(Hurricane Katrina)2005 until they closed the Jackson Store on Hwy 18. Always a great experience for me to see old friends that are still there.

I AM RETIRED AND DISABLED, AND I BROUGHT SOME LIGHT BULBS, AND 5 JUGS OF WATER, THE CASHIER, AND THE STORE MANAGER, WAS VERY ACCOMDATING, AND PUT ME AT EASE, THIS IS THE ONLY STORE I'LL SHOP AT FROM NOW ON.

I ordered a large furniture order, when my day and I came to pickup the order. The staff was helpful. I notice a couple of the young men help an older lady in the parking lot with her items as well. We had to come back a couple of other times and each time received the same type of service. Helpful, courteous and friendly

Had the best experience purchasing a Refrigerator and Dryer.

I was doubled charged on my credit card. When explaining the transaction details to a customer service associate, she stepped a few feet away and informed (who she said was her manager.) The associate stated, "the double charge will be refunded to your account and this happens all the time." I did not want a verbal altercation, but I knew the double charge would not be refunded without me having to go several steps forward. I would further like to say that this situation is wrong. The female manager was not helpful at all. She did not even bother to check the receipt in comparison to the store transaction history which would have saved me a few days of interest and of course, time. I mean- it' my money and I wouldn't care if it was $5 or $5,000. It's still my money.

The employees at this store are far above and beyond employees at other Home Depot stores we visited. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Best Home Depot store I ever went to!!!

I went in to find blinds and normally I can’t find help but this time a lady name Amy approached me and help me with all my needs .

Employees helped us find everything we needed. Cashier went above and beyond to help.

Of the locations in the surrounding areas,Clinton location is my favorite. It’s always neat,the staff is always friendly and things are always in stock.

I still have trouble using my id card at home depo, they still do not always take it.

The Home Depot always has great buys on all sorts of things. Things you may not even know that they carry. They had a great deal on trash can step lid 2 in 1 for $25. Lots of deals on potted plants also. No matter what your thing is you can find it at THD. I love it here.

I came in for a kid's toy battery and they helped me figure out which one I needed and even installed it for me. On other occasions, I've been impressed by the friendliness and pleasantness of the team. Thank you for creating this atmosphere.

Shop here often because of the location but ALWAYS have problems finding assistance when I need it!!!! See plenty of orange vests doing nothing! Never have one stop and ask if I need assistance!

The customer service and professionalism I received today, from Zira, reminded me of the 1970s, a time when business establishments seem to appreciate your business!

I am pleased with my purchase and believe if a problem should occur with it, I will not have any issues with Home Depot to get it resolved!
