FYI: The Home Deport started with lumber and now it has expanded to appliances. The Home Depot no longer honors the military discount benefit toward the aforementioned items. When arduous times and financial difficulties arise...this is where they decided to to make changes.

We went into home depot to look at refrigerators. A very nice salesperson named LaTonya was so sweet to us. She was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know and believe me we asked a lot of questions. She took her time with us and very helpful! We ended up purchasing a refrigerator and we can't wait to have it delivered!

Cuistomer Service - where has it gone? For the most part not in the garden center check at this Home Depot.

Bought an item with two prices and manger didn't come to assist, he called on the phone. Still charged the price it was not and discounted to the price it was..... Box beaten up and should have been discounted. Darn shame management customer service SUCKED

Recently purchased a new Samsung Electric Range and the service and assistance I received from Mr. Donnell in Appliances was Stellar. It was truly a pleasure being approached and him leading the way to ensure I got everything needed during my shopping experience!!!

An employee with a bad attitude made me feel threatened. I feel like I need to be strapped up when I come to this Home Depot. That’s not cool at all. I guess I’ll turn to Lowe’s from now on.

This store has a friendly atmosphere with helpful employees. I give the store a 10+.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We got immediate assistance and they were even quick to offer to help load our purchase.

I don't like being made fun of because of my southern accent by a female employee from Boston. That's not very business like.

Jacob, your sales associate was a tremendous help. I ordered flooring and was to pick it up on 4/16/21. Called several times and no one knew if it was ready, I called back and Jacob answered my call and went the EXTRA mile, he went to see if it was in. Instead of saying I’m showing it is in but not in pick up, he told me he was going back to look for it and let me know. HE did come back!!! to the telephone and also had it with him so I could come pick it up. Employees like Jacob will make me come back to Homedepot!!

For Me, Takarris Jackson gets a 100, for being a super employee in helping me with a large purchase. I’m always happy to shop at our Clinton Store.

We were looking for a specific kind of shelves. Home Depot had a good selection, and we found what we were looking for. We also found someone right away to help us.

I went in looking for a refrigerator. Mr. Donell Bell went over and beyond to assist me. I was concerned that the item I wanted was beyond what my current credit limit was. He suggested that I apply for additional limit and I did and was approved. GREAT GUY and extremely helpful

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful at this store. Employees always stop what they are doing to assist us in finding whatever it is we need on a particular shopping experience. We have never had any complaints with this store and we spend a good bit of time coming to this store. Thank you for great service!
