This store has improved amazingly in the past 2 years and is now one of my favorite Home Depots to go to. the staff is wonderful, they genuinely care to assist and are knowledgeable.

This Coconut Grove Home Depot store in comparison to the eight street Home Depot is huge, everything I needed was available in stock. But the main reason why I rather come here is because the level of customer service is outstanding. You always receive quality service here, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, store is clean and very quite.

My experiance at this Home Depot was the best I've ever experianced. There was an associate that walked me around the store helping me find everything I needed. But to top that off he also took the time to read about the dangers of the idem I was buying and suggest things I needed to get for my saftey.

I had visited this store previously to pick up an item this was placed online and delivered to store. Edgard helped me on that occasion. This time not finding someone in another department, I noticed Edgard at the desk and remembering how helpful and courteous he was, I asked him for help. He did not know the answer but located someone who could help. He stayed with me until I was satisfied with my selection. Edgard is such a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service.

Visited the Home Depot in Coconut Grove and the cashier Linda V - LXV2389 was incredibly helpful during our checkout. We were holding up the line while fumbling around to find our discount coupons. She realized that the customers behind us would get frustrated if we took too long so she went ahead and provided us with the discount and helped us as well as the customers behind us to experience a swift and effortless checkout experience. She put the customer first which is a trait many large retail stores are failing on these days. Awesome customer service Linda!!! Thank you and I will definitely be returning to this store again.

Altho Cisco, Daisy and Maggie, made my order happen for delivery on the next day, and cisco cut the PVC pipe to the length I needed, I was very frustrated to have to beg him to cut it. I cannot imagine a hardware store as big or customer service driven as yours not offering this simple service. You cut everything else! The team saved the day!!!!!!
