The associate Pat was very helpful in finding the strainer stopper that I could not find anywhere. I did have to come back the next day as it was still on the delivery truck. But it was a great price. The manager was also hands on. Another associate lead me to the right aisle. Actually walked me there. The staff is very well trained in customer service.

The Associates are always kind, understanding and patient. The cashiers at this store are always smiling and very knowledgeable. Home improvement projects can be daunting but they make it possible for me and my family.

The one good thing at this store was actually the only outstanding associate: Kyle He was extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

This store is a small footprint store and does not carry all the standard inventory or merchandise of other large footprint stores; ie there is no garden department. It takes a while to figure out what the store will inventory and what it doesn't. Once you figure it out, it is a convenient location for residents of Coconut Grove to get their hardware goods. The biggest problem is the lack of an overall inventory concept for the limited items. What I am saying here is that you can always find some of the items you need but rarely will you find everything you need in the department. Good example is plumbing - it is next to impossible to get all the fittings needed for an entire project. I can spend hours trying to "work around" a missing fitting and end up spending too much on unneeded parts to get a simple job done with the right pieces. It seems to me that someone is trying to manage inventory from a thousand miles away and they are basing restocking on bad data. Online inventory levels from the website are not reliable indications of stock in the store. The store seems to be staffing better than in the past and the staff is more friendly. In the past the staff was rude and it was impossible to find someone to help find something; but that is improving.

I didn't find everything but, each time I visited the store, there was somebody nice and helpful to guide me findind the products I was looking for.

Danny V went out of his way to help me and took me from aisle to aisle to find the perfect solution to my issue. He came up with an ingenious and much better solution to my problem than I would have been able to come up with. He as extremely helpful and knowledgable. I don't normally do these reviews but he deserves some recognition. He seemed to know a lot about everything in the store. Best and friendliest sales associate I have come across in years. Clearly happy to be doing what he does and helping people.

Knew what I wanted and got some help for some other things I remembered I needed. Any Home Depot, I am a kid in a candy store.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened and have always been pleased with the staff and service provided. During the past year approximately, it seems like the level of service and positive attitude of the staff has moved up another level. Everyone seems more upbeat, cherry and definitely more proactive in offering help. Not sure if that is a Home Depot in general thing or special to the Coconut Grove location. The Dorfer

I placed and online order for store pickup and order did not get through to the store. Takeena went the extra mile to have my online order cancelled and provided me with the items I needed to purchase quickly and efficiently. I think this store is great and has a good variety but if you really need more or a lot of choices, you are better off going a little further out to the 8th street store which is much larger and carries a lot more variety.

The store was clean and the associate that helped me finding the product to treat my lawn was helpful.

The "Garden/Plant/Outdoor" area is not nearly as good as the location off 144th and US-1 area. Not as many options and the staff is not as knowledgeable/friendly as the staff at this location. This location simply doesn't have as many products compared to the US-1 location. I live close to the Coconut Grove location and have to travel to the US-1 location very often due to the lack of choices.

I really enjoyed my trip to home depot. The store is very clean and the associates and one of the stores managers were so friendly and helpful. I just love shopping at this location. Keep it up guys, especiall Joe!!!!!!

Store associates at the return/online pickup area are not knowledgeable regarding the online pickup procedures. They are not sure which forms a customer is suppose to keep. Receipts should be provided to the customer who picks up an online order pickup. I have also found these associates to not focus on the customer. One associate was in a rush to leave on his break that he walked away from the cash register and failed to hand me my receipt for a returned item. I had to reach over and tear the receipt from the register.
