Excellent store. I don't live in the immediate area, but will travel the distance to go to this store to make my purchases. I find the associates very courteous and knowledgeable on the products I am selecting. I am pleased to find that there is usually an ample selection available. Each time an associate passed me, as I was browsing the product, they would offer to assist me. Excellent, excellent, excellent....Lastly, once home, my products are perfect!

The store was clwan and i was in and out andthe assistance was incredible

I have deep concern about your committment to customer service. Your store have plenty of associates walking around, but none seems to be willing to walk the aisle to see if customers needed assistance. Of course I could have gone to the front desk and asked for help, but with so many associates, couldn't one associate checking on a customer. You have this sensor on the aisle, it beeps and beeps, but no one seems to come by to engage with a customer. I was looking for some products (drip irrigation) but most of them were moved or displaced somewhere else. I wanted to ask a question, but I was short on time. I couldn't find an associate to ask for help; frustrated with your lack of services, I checked out and left. I'm a commercial account holder. I also do my personal shopping at Home Depot. Maybe I'll stop shopping at your store (Commerce) and go to another store, or maybe I'll just visit Lowes instead.

friendly, easy to find, very helpful, clean, cheap, very organized.

This store was clean and employees help all the time. Stephanie was our checkout maestro who made my day with her friendliness it was an overall dank experience

The store employee was very helpful in locating the stucco patching material I needed

Found all the paint items to include brushes and cleaners very easily in your aisles

I needed only paint brushes but your store aisles were easily marked and identified

Cool store great variety of fans but hurry in not only because of the increasing heat but more importantly the prices... They're going like hot cakes... Can't find what you like just ask one of the very friendly and helpful employees... Don't feel like talking to anyone than just jump on one of their many kiosks.

I go there at least 3 times a month for different reasons. I am always well taken care of.

I was shopping at the Commerce's Home Depot store today, searching for a cable cutter for my Company. One of the associate approached me and asked me if I needed help. Once I told him what I was looking for, he immediately showed me the item on catalog, which was not on displayed, because it was a "special order" tool item. He quickly rushed over to the Pro-desk, called the Milwaukee Tools and inquired about the item. He then, processed my order on the spot in no time. By the time I got back to my Company I already received an order confirmation email for my order. I was very please with your associate handling my special order and I just wanted to say thanks. Without the help from your associate, I would have given up looking for it.

looks like this store and is away busy. With all that traffic I still have good a experience shopping online and picking up my order on the store

Selections were easy to find and aisles very well kept

the store was super cleaned, the cashier stephanie was super friendly, i applied for credit and i didnt think i was going to qualify and next thing you know i did qualify with them. so for that i was able to purchase my drill i always wanted. im a very happy camper. if any of you decide to go shopping at a home depot. i suggest for you guys to go to the home depot in commerce. youll find everything you need.

I use to hate going to Home Depot because I could never receive help. Everyone always worked in a different department and did not know what I needed. Now I love going and looking for supplies I need to work.

I have been a customer at the Commerce Ca. store for the last 4 years. The associates have always been professional and are very knowledgeable on the products and how to use them. Whenever I ask for advice form associates, they are always more than happy to assist me and make suggestions to help me complete my project.

The store worked as a TEAM which is what I expect anywhere.....thank you all!

I needed to unclog my bathtub. I was told Home Depot had a product designed to just dissolve trapped hair. I went to home depot.com and found the item and the price. I walked into the store and found more than one brand of what I came in for. I like having the chose between more than one brand. I grabbed my item and the friendly cashier rang me up. I also liked the fact that this store is close to my place of employment.

was looking for a part for a grill and the staff assisted me to locate it. Staff did their best to find something similar to what I needed

Had a real good experience ordering online and picking up at this store. Had to go to the Customer Service area to pick up. I was served within a couple of minutes as there was one person ahead of me. The employee asked for the order number and ID as your email had advised. She then got the item for me with no hassles. She even checked out my other purchases so I didn't have to go to another register or do self check out. Overall a pleasant experience shopping at the Commerce Home Depot.

Thanks to Stephanie the cashier my purchase was a breeze and folks there were very friendly and helpful!
