I was very pleased with customer service and the great sale they were having along with special financing

Not one register was manned. I hate to use self check out. Honestly spend a buck and hire some staff. With all the money Home Depot makes I should not have to self check out.

Most associates are helpful, & store is convenience to us. This store have most parts/stuff we need for the house when we need it!

No problem with the store.Problems with the delivery team.Replaced washer and dryer and put new ones in backwards.(washer where dryer was)Then told my daughter the cord was too short and she would have to use an extension cord..She said no,that the units were put in wrong.They argued with her that they were replaced the way the old ones came out..WRONG..They finally changed the units around and everything connected..This is unacceptable.Glad my daughter spoke up..

Store clean and assoc every helpful. Self check out assoc was the best.

I may be handy, but there are a lot of things I don't know and I have always found someone at Home Depot who can answer my questions and lead me to what I need to do a job.

Visited the Concord, New Hampshire Home Depot store for building supplies and gardening supplies. Plant selection was excellent. Great selection of building materials as always. Always good to visit a Home Depot store.

Most associates are helpful, friendly and happy to help you when you ask them for help, but few have no idea what they are doing!

Went in to buy some garden material. It was on sale and I bought more than I planned on. Also found a couple of plants that I liked and bought them also. I shop here all the time and can usually find what I want. The associates are helpful and if they don't know the answer to a question they will find out.

This store is always a pleasure to shop as it has everything we need and can find it easily ourselves or with the help of your helpful employees.

I have spent a lot of time and money at this HD location which is a statement to the quality of this HD. If it was not a quality HD I would not shop there. They always have great service with easy access in/out.

I was overwhelmed at the prospect of measuring, ordering and installing window blinds in my new condo. That is until Associate Diane came along. Diane made the process totally painless and stress free. She scheduled a measure (at a time convenient to me) and she got the blinds measured and ordered in time to take advantage of a 30% off sale. Now I only have to wait for the call and they will be installed for a price you cannot beat, guaranteed to be the right size and installed on my schedule!

I am always very satisfied with the Concord Home Depot. Easy parking, easy shopping and back to my project!
