I came in with an item that broke from a pump and the assistant in plumbing provided me with the help needed which allowed me to replace the broken part. They made sure that when I left I would be satisfied which I was extremely happy and thankful!

The cashier, Karen was very helpful and friendly.

I'm in the beginning stages of starting my own home refurbishing company. I needed all sorts of paint brushes, stripping chemicals, sanders, etc. HD has it all. When I first entered the store, Ruth greated me. She amazed me with all the knowledge she had and directed me to exactly where I needed to go. She was right on! You go giri! I'll look for her next visit as well.

I purchased this refrigerator about a week ago and am excited to begin using it!!

I had to return to the customer service desk and request the manager for help in retrieving an item that was secured because Jeff could not excuse himself from the people that he was showing all the different light shades and just unlock the cage so I could get a leaf blower. I have to say Matt was understanding when it came to my frustration about the situation. I usually don't like to voice my dissatisfaction but this was unsatisfactory in my opinion when this situation was completely unavoidable for only a matter of seconds that it would have taken to unlock the cage.

Always have had great service! People are friendly and helpful. Also, love the plants!

Overall, the experience has been fantastic. I’ve been in the store quite a few times lately due to a project I’m working on. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating and more than happy to help me. The two names I remember, is Mike Who helped me get the tools I needed, And Leandra at the customer service desk. She was also very accommodating and happy to help me. Thank you

The Concord location is OK overall, but they could use some work on selection, stocking and WiFi connectivity. Often the Wifi is insufficient to run their own HD App. Closet storage selection has been steadily shrinking. Need more than just ClosetMaid. More high-end products would be great. Also, stock more accessories in this aisle. Staff, per usual, are helpful IF YOU ASK. But, few actually come up and ask you if you need assistance. Need to work on being pro-active, not reactive.

I was looking for a small air purifier for my apartment and asked an associate to help as it didn't look like there were any left in the size I wanted. The assistant store manager Rakim understood that this was an inconvenience for me. I was going to buy the next size up which was another $50 when Rakim decided to go above and beyond by charging me only for the original product. I greatly appreciated his kindness- I was not expecting that! He took customer service to the next level and I will definitely continue to shop here. It is nice to know that people care about others and do what they can to be kind and help each other out. Thank you again Rakim!!

I had to return 3 6'x8' wooden fence panels and 8 50lb bags of quickrete. Chad, a cashier by contractor pickup, was extremely helpful unloading it all. He always made sure he was the one walking backwards due to the possibility of tripping so I wouldn't get hurt. A+ customer service.

Salesperson was knowledgeable about features, pricing, rebates and special promotions. Got a great deal on a refrigerator with no hassle!

From the time I walked into the door and I only literally had 20 minutes to shop before I had to get my kid off the bus. From the time I walked in, I got greeted I got assisted in every department people went over and beyond I’m a visual learner, so an employee measured the aisle to give me a view of how long some thing was. Another guy took down grills to show me inside of grills employees walked me over to find fire pits and not just tell me everybody went over and beyond and you can’t find good help like that anymore so I applaud to all of you. Thank you

I normally visit the Manchester location as the employees are great. Haven’t visited the Hooksett location in a couple of year specifically because of the employees. Concord has both! Pleasant employees and always stocked!

This associate, JOEL assisted me with my decision on what air conditioner size and BTU would be the best fit for the bedroom I needed it for. He was patient, very knowledgeable and was in a good mood with a smile on his face. That’s the kind of customer service qualities that are imp. to me .

Over the past 23 years, I have bought numerous gallons of paint to paint our home inside and out. There is no other store I would go to for future projects. We've also bought a stove, a refrigerator, blinds and countless other items. The employees are friendly, helpful and funny.

We asked where a product was and was shown exactly where it was. You had an ample amount of what we needed, another associate helped us with miscellaneous items needed to complete our project, and the cashier went over and above to help us. We also had an associate help us load our products. All of associates and cashiers were very pleasant.

The associates at Home Depot in Concord were very helpful and gave us a lot of great suggestions when we were looking for flooring for our kitchen. The lady who checked us out in the garden are was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her warm demeanor, it made our day that much better.

I came in to buy a replacement slider door handle. Denise at the front told me what aisle they could be found in....she then said she would walk over with me. I found this to be such a great interaction..great Customer service.

I recently visited the Concord NH store, late one afternoon and dispite being late in the day and having a return each employee I encountered was very cheerful.

We have been remodeling our bathrooms. Products are of high quality and available in store or can be ordered online and shipped quickly. Employees are always so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this store!
