Excellent customer service -- especially the ProDesk (Ask for Dave or Dru - won't be disappointed!) Staff are accessible, easily found, and actually helpful! Friendly, polite employees -- returns and customer service lines move quickly. Well-stocked and clean - very competitive prices. Nice to be able to go to one store -- find all you need, at prices you can afford, and with helpful employees to guide you along the way.

Paint department very helpful with good àdvice on their product lines. Employees friendly, available, store clean ànd stocked. Cashiers very available for assistance èveñ with self check out.

Great customer service. All staff were attentive. We drive 30 minutes just to shop here, even though we have two local Home Depot stores.

The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly. The product was easy to find, accessible and affordable. I was very pleased with my shopping experience here and definitely recommend shopping here.

My wife and I wanted to buy 2 industrial garage shelving units that were on sale. We do not have a vehicle that could fit the boxes, but we did not want to miss out on the sale. We met with Customer Service Representative, Mindy, who placed a "will call" order (so we can get the sale price and have a few days to find a truck) and she also helped us split the bill (by using a gift card for half the payment) as my wife wanted to buy 1 shelf so she could claim it as hers. Great thinking and perfect help! Thank you!

Normally I've had nothing but great experiences at this Home Depot. Been shopping here since I was kid. Today was much different. Upon checking out in the contractors checkout line, I specifically asked Brenda (the cashier) to split the total of my purchase in half on my debit card (my step-father was going to pay for the other half on his credit card). Whatever she did, it charged my debit card the entire amount and now my account has been overdrawn causing a hefty penalty from my bank. She offered to void the transaction, but I'm aware this would tie up funds in my account for 5-7 business days (this was unacceptable). There were other people waiting in line so I just left. I've worked in the retail industry for over 20 years and splitting payments is extremely simple with most point of sale systems, I'm not sure why this was so difficult. I'm waiting for a manager or representative from Home Depot to contact me regarding this shopping experience.

Most items are accessible however the Morton salt bags are not. They need to be in an area to load before the cash registers.

We shop at this Home Depot store because of the customer service. Bruce Dukette is an amazing, thoughtful, professional Project Designer! His service far exceeds any other service we experienced during our large kitchen remodel. The other Home Depot stores in our area do not compare; lack of information, lack of good customer service, and not prioritizing our needs.

In todays fast paced world with more impersonal internet interaction, it is a relief to know there is a business who cares about the consumer. Several staff members asked if I required assistance and previously out of stock material had been replaced. Thank you Home Depot

This store rarely experiences out-of-stock issues. The crew members are always willing to help and if they cannot, then they find someone who can. The layout of this store makes it easy to find the items you are searching for.

Employees are terrible. I stopped coming here two years ago because they messed up my appliance order and refused to help me. Came in today because Lowe’s was out of stock. My dog and I were again treated like garbage.
