I was at the home depot in Concord nh. yesterday to pick up cinder blocks and Lumber the cashier entered the wrong blocks wich ended up costing me double I mentioned i was in there last week and the blocks were $2.33 ea. And this week there $4.27 he said I guess so I needed the blocks paid and left once I got home I looked up the price he DID enter the wrong size wich cost me double now I have to drive 45 minutes one way back to the store to get a refund. Pay attention at the cash register and your receipt.

The Concord store 3485 always have what I need to keep my house in good condition.

We bought the Broan Nu- Tone Glacier (BCSQ1) Under Range Hood for our kitchen reno. The low & medium fan settings are MUCH than our previous fan. The hood takes care of fumes from all 4 burners. My husband rated the installation difficulty as a 7 ( vented ot).

Extremely happy with our new kitchen, exactly what we wanted.

These are displayed stacked. Sold as stackable, priced up for the convenience of stacking, yet you don't offer me the "kit" or even include it to actually Stack them! The delivery guys had to inform me once I asked why they arnt stacking them! For $2k it needs to be included

I was having difficulty choosing the correct light buld I needed for my spot light I wanted to set up for my Halloween decorations. An associate, Jeff noticed my confusion and came over to ask if he could help. He was great. He showed me the differences in the selection so I could choose the one I needed. Another compliment is for Paulette at the self checkout. She noticed I was having trouble with my credit card. She came over and had me and start over. Turns out, I was inserting the credit card in the wrong position. Problem solved. It's nice to see employees who notice when a customer is in real need of assistance. Concord Home Depot employees rock!

The email may say it's ready to pick up but it may not be in Concord but another city so you have to come back. Don't trust the clerks at the computer also.

I went in looking for pine boards and indoor potting soil. Staff was great. Helpful at the checkout when getting a gift card and using military discount at self-checkout.

Excellent help and customer service

Home Depot uses a third-party for delivery. When Home Depot delivered things themselves, it was excellent. This third-party delivery service is horrible. My delivery was canceled not once but twice. If company is so shortstaffed that a delivery has to be canceled not once but twice maybe they should not be excepting new contracts.

Multiple rescheduled and missed some of materials too!

Art has been so helpful to us in designing a kitchen and bath remodel and selling us all the appliances, having KTM Home services do our measurements, helping us pick out and buy cabinets, counter top, back splash and flooring. KTM will be doing our installation and now Art is introducing us to the Millwork area for several doors.

No help available and screen door closure hydraulic mechanical part broke when installed. Very cheap.

I have had good luck finding just about everything I need from tools to wood supplies.

This is my go to Home Depot store. The staff is alway helpful and friendly. Whatever my project is, they have the solution and are happy to help.

Customer service associate Riley went above and beyond to help me in the store. She found my item , make the purchase and pick it up later. I will definitely shop at this Home Depot again! Thank agqin Riley!

I was unable to locate Product in the location it was suppose to be in . I asked 2 employees that was discussing an order to be filled . Thay where quick to respond. Located Product within a couple minutes and helped me load what I needed with a great attitude and a smile. That kind of service changed my day. Thank you

Always clean, helpful and friendly employees. I usually go through several departments.

We shop at this Home Depot there in Concord at least once a week. The shelves are stocked and the employees are always friendly and helpful. If you have any questions pertaining to lighting...see Jeff! He gave my husband and myself a mini-class ...instructing the picking out the right lighting for each room.

I went to the store just after they opened, had a few dudes help and they were solid! The dude in paint had a bruins hat on and he called for help in plumbing which is where I needed the hot water heater. Then a dude with a Massachusetts accent helped block the aisle for another dude with a coffee who got down my hot water heater. Great dudes all around! After they got my water heater down, he grabbed a trolley and put the heater on it. They instructed me for the parts I needed which I knew but it was cool. I checked out and a young dude helped load the truck with the water heater who was chill. All around solid dudes.

Leandra was great. She was right there to help answer my questions and knew right where the items I needed were! She was extremely pleasant during my check out as well. Thank you for having employees who care

Bought everything I needed to install PEX pipe for the first time. The project went very well thanks to quality tools that worked well and job cost less than I expected.

There was a huge selection and I got all my veggies for the year! Time to start growing!

This week I made two trips to the Concord (NH) Home Depot in which I had complex home repair problems to solve, and on each visit encountered staff who were super helpful in solving the issues. I've been impressed lately with the engagement of the floor staff. It helps to go really early or really late when there are few other shoppers!
