Awesome store I would love to buy all my hardware and supplies at Home Depot

best home improvement store, ,with great friendly, service, very pleasant

Always lots to see, but my best place is the garden area. I daydream about all the things I want in my garden one day.

Employees are always wiling to help you. They walk to what your looking for not just point you in the direction.

This store has always had smiling, friendly, ready to speak to you people working there. There's an employee who's responsibility it is to help you load, not hide from you like other home centers workers do. It's a pleasure to shop there, a pleasure to speak with the employees, they're always ready and willing to go beyond to help you. I replaced my boiler and water heater last year, in preparing for that, I talked to John in Plumbing, not once, but many times making notes for being sure about the items I'd need. He went beyond just talking plumbing, he showed me the system, the parts, how they work together. He made suggestions on the right kind of pipe, plastic and sealants to use. Then in another purchase, I had 150 to 250 bricks to buy for a patio, an employee in Lawn and Garden, Joe, was all over it helping figure out what I needed and had it packed on a pallet with 5 bags of mortar pulled and ready to be lifted and placed in my trailer when I showed up. Every time I've ever had anything heavy to load, roll out or physically struggle with, the front guy (always smiling too-and I don't know his name) hustles over and very gladly helps me. The store is always in order, clean and neat. The people at the service desk; Paul, Kim, all of them, as well as the Contractor's desk are 100 percent looking to help you. There's a salesman, Scott, been there forever, you can find him in any section, seems like he's everywhere, always busy. He'll stop and take you somewhere if you need direction. Then talking to him about whatever your interested in, you know he knows his stuff. There was a paint guy, (recently retired) also was there since the store opened, always glad to meet you, talk to you, ask questions about what you're going to paint, had suggestions to make it go better.... My latest purchase was a Toro mower. I kept eyeing this zero-turn-50" rider every time I came. I knew I wanted it, but couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger without a little haggling. Noticing there were some customer abuse marks on the back of the seat, I met and asked Neil what they could do to help me on that? I got an answer and decided to wait anyway. A couple of weeks later, went back in (just to see Neil about the mower), spoke with Trishia, asking her to pass a new offer to Neil. Another week or two went by, and I decided to check again. Found Neil asked him if he got my message. He did, he said, and you got it. To ease the cost, I financed a small part of the mower, when Kim at the Service Desk spent quite some time recalling credit to make sure they got everything they needed. Every experience I've ever had at this HD has been a positive one. For me, smiling and speaking to you is No.1 in the beginning of the sale. Paying attention to your need(s) during the conversation is close behind, not just pointing 'down that isle', and leaving you. Then product quality, price, and that guy out front to help me load if I even look like I need help. This store does all that.

I recently purchased a large paint order to paint my house. I wasnt really sure which would be the best product for this job, i explained what i wanted to the associate and they gave me the right answers for what i was wanting to acheve. I also bought some replacement windows, and received excellent help in choosing the correct ones to match my home. Thx very much

All of the employees from the cashier to the manager were extremely helpful. Except for head cashier Julie. She was asked by both my cashier and another cashier for assistance and she treated both of these women like garbage. She was rude and condescending to both of them and offered no assistance. When I as the customer asked not once, not twice but three times for her to assist my cashier who was clearly struggling with something she had never done before Julie simply ignored my request. It was not until I brought the store manager into the conversation that Julie had any interest in being helpful.

All of our major home improvement projects have been done with the assistance of the great employees in the Concord store. They are all very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied. They also stand behind their products and services. It's our go to store when we need anything!

Great people, great store.

We always buy our flowers, herbs and veggie plants from Home Depot. But when we were there on May 24th there was not much to choose from on the shelves. Now we will have to make another trip or go elsewhere for the plants we want. A waste of time and rather disappointing.

The employees especially the check out clerk were all freindly and helpful. Everything was easy to find and when needed directions were exact.

As I mentioned in my earlier comments, I have been to Home Depot dozens and dozens of times just since the first of the year, I have spent over $5,000 just since January. I have had MANY questions for each major purchase and there has always been a person there to answer my questions in a friendly way. I am a senior citizen and have shopped hundreds of stores in my lifetime and I have now found the store that is #1 in my book....Home Depot!!

I have noticed a real improvement in how well your people deal with me whenever I am stopping by. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If I ever need help I just ask someone and they always help me with whatever it is I'm looking for. Having good people is a strong incentive to having return customers.

Easy way to dump my change for a product(s) and not have to roll coins to take to the bank that does not have a counting machine.

Order an item online and be confident the Concord Home Depot store will take great care of you when you arrive to pick up your purchase.

What ever my need, I can always count on the Home Depot to have it. That means less time wasted lookin g for what I want and getting the job done.

Great service, and if they are out of stock of something they tell you where the closest place you can find it is.

I went to Home Depot to pick up some wood for a project. At the checkout I met a very friendly cashier named Jeanette during that wonderful interaction there was some difficulty scanning some of the 2x6s I was purchasing. The problem was due to the printed lables having a broken bar code.In the process I did not get charged for all of the 2x3s I had in my cart. when I called the store to pay for the 2x3s I spoke with John the manager he told me it was their mistake. He told me he would put it in the inventory and that I didn't have to pay ! Thanks again John and Jeannette!

It is a good store; all the employees I have had to engage with over the last decade have been friendly and helpful. That is important to homeowners such as myself. One has to be quite handy and not fearful of trying their own repairs. The employees there answer your questions and will spend the time going through things when the level of customer traffic (people interrupting asking questions I have shopped there since the store opened. I have done my roof, the baths, hot water heaters, electric - virtually everything. Again the employees there have always been helpful.
