Overall, I have had a great experience at Home Depot. The people are friendly and the store is very clean. Furthermore, I have had a good experience when I have had to exchange or take back something. Often it is very difficult to do this in some stores. I also love having a receipt emailed to me...so I don't have to keep up with them. So overall, I give the store 5 stars.

Assistants Barbara and Desiree ROCK!! They were so helpful in finding us the products we were searching for for our future home remodel. We will be returning soon to purchase other materials needed for this project!!

The lady in paint was nice and helpful. Sales had went off on 07-06-15 on the paint but tried to get store to adjust the price but was unable.

The Sales Associate was very friendly and stopped what he was doing to help us even though he was not in his department. We did not have to wait for him to find anyone else. He just took care of us! Loved it!

My shopping experience is always very good here. Sometimes I have to search out someone for help, but for the most part, and associate is usually close by. The associates are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Always seem to have the product that I need.

I was so impressed with everyone's knowledge - in every department. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I spent most of the afternoon just wandering around, looking and wishing.

All check outs were self help, no cashiers except for refunds. Poor help even when asked. I was standing in store aisle and an associate came up right behind me and touched me I turned around and screamed, he scared me and then said I guess I can help you by getting your heart back. Whole experience was totally unprofessional employees with the exception if the greeter giving out carts. Put her on a register. Item I was interested was not priced had to go online to look up price.

I visit the Garden Center a lot during this time of the year. The associates there are always helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to shop at my local Home Depot.

Excellent sale on charcoal just in time for Memorial Day! Lots of it in stock and easy access! The associates were more than willing to help load the bags on the cart and then into the car!! God Bless Our Troops and Veterans!!!

I went into this store to purchase a remote control for my garage door. I couldn't find any employee to help me find them. I finally saw an employee stocking a shelf and started walking towards her. When she saw me coming she got up and walked away. I then saw a cashier and asked her where the remotes were and she said she didn't know but I should try the isle that sold door hardware (things like door handles and locks) which was not even close. Then I saw an employee in the another area and asked him. He didn't get up but told me they were somewhere around the desk in door area. I asked him what isle # and he said somewhere around 24 which again wasn't even close to where they were. All of the employees seem to have a "don't care" attitude. I eventually found the remotes on my own.

The Cordele store has always been clean, The Associates have always been helpful, from the Pro Desk, The Cashiers, the Millworks dept, flooring , paint , garden center, the Team, electrical even the greeters. Being a Contractor that means a lot. Just wish you would give the Contractors 10% on purchases and the consumer the 5%.

I loved the available products, but shopping was challenging because items were priced well!
