The employees at this store are more than willing to help out

Every time we shop at this location, we are greeted in each department and are always offered help. Our house in in between two Home Depot locations,the other being the Cave Springs location, and we always go to the Cotteville location because the customer service is much better

I have shopped at this store many times. Have never had a bad experience, because I was not feeling well today it was especially helpful.

I was greeted right away. Went to the appliance department, was immediately helped. This store is above and beyond all the other Home Depots that I have been to. This store is a GREAT example of customer service!! My delivery was on time, the drivers were extremely courteous and mindful to detail. Overall, great experience, from the store purchase to the appliance delivery and installation.

I HAD AN EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP!

I don't know if this is Home Depot policy or just this store, but I was refused 5% discount today for a purchase at the Cottleville store. If I have to go to Home Depot, I will go to a different one, or just stop at :Lowes or Menards.

Even though the store was a very busy place today, the associates were friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Occasionally I need assistance and could not find an associate for that area, Many times I have to find another associate or go to the service desk to have someone paged. The help received has always been informative and what I needed.

I was looking at mulch in the parking lot. An employee who was gathering carts offered to load my car before I went inside to make purchase. When I came back he was still in the area and helpful. He was courteous and careful not to break the bags in my car while loading.

Super customer service! Mike helped me locate and cut the lumber I needed to complete some maintenance on my deck. He did it with a smile on his face. Thanks!

Every time we go to the store we find what we need and get help when we need it. The prices are almost always better than other places, and the selection is usually better as well. The parking lot is a little difficult to handle at times (just an awkward layout with regards to the entrance/exit), but that's my only complaint!

Great experience everytime we come. Most recently Nour in building materials went above and beyond to help us.

The Associates in all departments are knowledgable about their products and new options.

Ordered online,received confirmation email promptly . Went to store next day,walked in was helped immediately. Merchandise was at the customer service desk,checked out and out the door is about 5 minutes. Doesn't get any easier than that.
