Then store was clean and I had no problems finding the products I needed, the some areas of the store had been reorganized, which was great. There always seemed to be wasted space with the previous floor layout.

The service was excellent. The quality of all the lumber I purchased was excellent. Checkout was very fast and courteous. Thanks Home Depot!

my US Navy Veteran retiree husband (30+ years served) was denied a military discount. According to cashier Leslie, "it was not allowed and the register would not accept it because the items were on sale " (they were not marked a "percentage off", just Labor day advert. The following day, Cashier Victoria, honored his military retirement discount on advertised items. I spoke to "head cashier, Natalie" who said the discount was not allowed, even though I showed here both receipts. (she asked me what <A> meant on receipt! (<A> means "advertised", <M> means "military"). I asked for the store manager, Barry Carnes, to call me, as he was out that day. Barry Carnes has never called me about this. No One from the store has contacted me at all.

The store always have what I am looking for, associates always nice and helpful, and the store is always clean.

I was asked by the employee at the door if I needed help to which I replied yes in the lawn care department. She contacted someone on her phone/radio and told me to meet her in the department. She gave me a description of the person who would be coming to assist me. I returned to the department and waited for several minutes. Other workers walked by me never stopping to offer help, and the person that I thought met the description of the worker I would be looking for kept walking by never stopping to offer help. Finally, a male worker saw that I had been standing there obviously waiting and asked if I needed assistance. He answered my questions and gave me guidance in the product I needed. I wish I had written down his name. I would rather be asked too many times if I need help than to be asked then ignored.

The isles items blocking passage. Items have been moved to other areas and had to Find associate which knew nothing of area because did not work in area and the person that works that area has gone to lunch. Could not get to items because fork lift was being used and isles were block off on both sides. When you get used to where things are located and then they are moved it frustrates the heck out of people. This store has been a complete disaster since the last manager (Dennis) left. Morale is in the toilet which makes the workers care less what a customer thinks about the store. I will not recommend to any of my friends to go to home Depot. I will drive 15 minutes to buy from Lowe's than buy at home Depot.

I have visited this store many times and always found it clean and easy to get around. The staff was always helpful and courteous and readily available. On this particular visit, I experienced a problem with a misplaced product which led to some confusion but a staff member went right to the source of the problem and corrected it immediately. Great visit like usual.

this is a smaller store, however my husband and I generally are able to find what we want or need for our continued home improvement projects

The store was clean. We were in the market to get new counter tops,new kitchen sink, and a new garbage disposal. Our Associate Pat was very friendly and very helpful. She took us around to help us get all the things we needed to complete our kitchen remodeling.

You are always greeted upon arrival & asked if you need assistance at this store. Everyone is very nice & helpful. It's great to have a Home Depot in town.

The store associates are very unprofessional, I stood at the project desk for a while as the associate that was to help me, was talking to another associate laughing, and slapping his knees. When I asked another associate for help he became extremely agitated towards me and was shoving cabinets around, when I asked him to remove an item from a top shelf.

I was very happy with the help in finding the right materials and also the young man what got me is he did not reach for the high price material he gave us the ones we really needed that was surprising and then he went to register to help us there. Thanks Home Depot

Great store everything organized and clean employees friendly and helpful its always my first stop when looking for something.2 months ago a Dewalt item was sold out sales associate upgraded to identical Makita for the same price.They earn my business every time i appreciate them tremendously.

The store is very clean. The associates are very friendly. Like the drive through lumber yard.

I walk in the lumber yard looking for saw horse brackets. This middle aged gentleman asked me if he could assist me. It was hot and I could see he was very busy. So I begin to describe to him what I was looking for. Of course I didn't know the name of what I was looking for. I told him to tell me if the store carried such an item and if they did just tell me where it is I could find it. He stop what he was doing and walk into the store and took me straight to it. I thought that was so cool. I was in the store maybe 10 minutes tops!

Everything is logically catalogued and located, just where I expect it to be!

I'm sure I was asked and helped by no less than ten employees. From the moment we walked in the door, someone was assisting or trying to assist us. No one told us to wait while they found somebody else; each person jumped right in to help us immediately.

The store is always well stock and not overstock. While I don't always find what I am looking for they have a good average of the products that I use. There are times that I have to use different store being Home Depot, Lowes etc. I enjoy using this one the most. The staff is always friendly and the times I needed assistance I have always gotten it there. They say the proof is in the pudding. I never had to return a product to this location with a problem. I will be curious as to how they handle that but until that day it is a great place to shop.

The water heater I needed was a 30 gallon size specific natural gas. Home Depot was the only one who stocked it in this area. Thanks.
