The store is convenient to my home and adequately supplied. The people there are friendly and very helpful.

Store was clean and product availability fair. Too many employees sitting around doing nothing.

I was greatly impressed with the help I received at home depot. Everyone was friendly and helpful with the task I was shopping for especially when I had questions about the job I was trying to complete at my home.

This visit was fair due to associate's not available to help when needed. During the day there were associate's stumbling over themselves but tonight there was only one associate available and I think half of Covington was there for paint and paint products.

Always someone available to help you if needed. Well stocked and arranged products making things easy to find.

Unfortunately on my visit at this particular store finding an employee to assist me with my Particular needs in the paint department there was a serious lack of store associates to help me find and mix any paint to the color I was looking for. I even checked in other department for help all I could locate were cashier's. Not what I expected I couldn't find the manager of the store to help me or Make a complaint I guess everyone else was on their lunch break

Thank you so much for the helpfulness, courteousness and knowledge of your employees. I have been shopping in this store for four years and have never had anything other than a pleasant experience. You have some of the most knowledgeable and courteous employees I have encountered in a store, and you should all be commended on yourselves. Excellent job!

Associates very helpful, courteous, and informative

All items were in-stock easy to find and a wide selection of items available.

All associates were willing to help and asked if we needed anything. Most of the plants were well taken care of and a nice selection.

I walked in needing a specific size wood panel. Found one that was close, and associate Ron suggested how to thin it out.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the location, however, it is smaller and has less stock than other Home Depots. I do wish there was more to choose from at this location.

For a small Home Depot store, they sure do a fantastic job at being knowledgeable & having products in stock when you need them!

Mark, an Associate at this store, was invaluable for his help today. He not only helped me locate what I needed, but suggested other items that I could use as well. I'm rarely one of the typical Home Depot shoppers, but look for items to use, not as they were designed for, but needed in what I do. Mark and several others at this store who have helped me in the past as valuable and very much appreciated. I'm fortunate to have them working at my local store and Home Depot, in my opinion, is fortunate to have them1

My visit at the Covington, TN store was great!!!! I found everything and more that I was looking for. I also found extra things to help my do it yourself job easier. The associates were very helpful and nice.I can't wait to return.

Matt Pickell and Dawn were the prime associates today. Matt dealt with me a couple times before I made my decisions of what I wanted to purchase. He ran me through many options and gave me several choices to consider as he did see that I was having some trouble focusing on what I needed in regards to verbage and what I was getting into. The week prior to the purchase the home depot.com was used to help get a bit more sorted out as to what I finally decided on. And the day of the purchase, Dawn was able to locate and explain each item I was getting, including ensuring I had the same batch number for the tiles I wanted, color coordinating the tile and grout i needed, inquiring if I had all the tools I needed and finally directing all the gathering of all the items including the yard helpers to ensure I was taken care of and able to not overload the pick up. The cashiers at check out at the register and at the gate exit were super folks. You had a real good team operation going there.

It's always a pleasure to shop at this store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The items I'm shopping for are generally always in stock and are competitively priced.

I like to save money doing repairs on my own. The problem I run into is I don't know the correct names for items. When I go into this Home Depot, I never have trouble finding someone to help me. I describe what I'm doing and what I need. If the associate is unable to understand what I mean (not unusual for me, I do have trouble with the correct wording), they will give me suggestions, show items, or ask me to take pictures of what I need. This has saved me from hiring expensive contractors to complete a simple job that anyone's grandmother can do, like me. Thank you!

The Store Associates at the Home Depot are always friendly and courteous and go out of there way to help!

The employees are great. The store does not have the items that maybe find in any Home Deport. The aisles are crowded with displays and not enough room for a cart

We were very pleased with the great help we got from James. He knew just what we needed when we described the project we were attempting! We are building a very ambitious chicken coop and we were trying to figure out what we needed for the watering system. Nailed it! Thanks James!

This store is great in location. It provides almost all the basics you will need for any small project. However, do not expect all of the items listed on the website to be readily available in the store.
