Good staff and easy to find products make this store one of the best

We were asked by several associates if we needed help. The associate that helped us was very friendly,helpful, and took his time with us. Everyone was really nice.

We are renovating our master bathroom. Yvonne Kalz was the sales rep and she was absolutely awesome!!!

Overall the store was clean and the associates were friendly. However, the product I was looking for was not available. Instead of suggesting to me the item would be ordered the associate suggested I go on the product company website to find the item and order it myself.

A particular store associate, Melvin, from the plumbing department went above and beyond in his efforts to help me today. He was extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish. He pretty much led me step by step in setting up my project, and made it completely understandable to a novice such as myself. I could not have been more pleased than I was today. If I could give more than 5 stars for his helpfulness, I would.

Associate was extremely helpful in selecting the right wood product for my purpose and even cut it to size for me...

I found everything I needed at Home Depot. The associate ( Katrina) went well above her job duties. She made sure to focus all of her attention on one customer at a time. I would definetly come back to this Home Depot without any hesitatation. Thank you.

Despite the poor reception I received when trying to call the store ( I live 45 minutes away), Katrina Rogers in Millwork/doors was what made me return and eventually purchase from Home Depot.

What can make things better is to have Wi-Fi available to allow for a better web experience while in store shopping. Because of the store structure, some areas cell service is weak or non existent because the steel and concrete construction.

We received excellent help when we came in to purchase a weed eater that was on sale but could not be found. The person went out of her way to help us find the product. After she could not find it she called another worker and together found the item on a top shelf. They were wonderful at helping us get everything we needed.

The store was clean and well-stocked with a large selection of name brand items. The prices were very reasonable and surprising. I also found the store associates to be very friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. What I liked best about the store is that when I needed help, rather than waiting 10-15 mins like I do at my local store, an associate was readily available. I wish we had a Home Depot in Martinsville VA but I'm willing to travel to Danville for the shopping experience and the savings.

The Danville, VA Home Depot is a real asset to our local community. It is a clean, convenient and easy-to-shop environment with friendly, helpful store associates.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and especially the sales associate that I encountered when I first entered. He asked if he could help me find anything. I replied yes, but couldn't give the exact name, so upon my description, he named it and lead me to the the exact item I needed. With his prompting of "anything else that I can help you with", I explained some gardening issues I needed to work through. He lead me to that center and spent much time with me to answer all of my questions and give the desired explanations I needed. His patience and assistance solved my dilemma and I left very satisfied with the choices I made for purchase.

Was`nt expecting the plants I was looking for to be on sale...great savings on what I needed healthy tomato plants for my home garden

I went in to purchase and electric range. hough ne was not avaivlable in stire, the representative assisted me with ordering exactly what I wanted and scheduling delivery. All of his asstance was greatly appreciated!
