excellent

The store is very organized and clean ,the staff are very helpful, the prices are one of the reasons why my family come here.

I was impressed with how the employees that work there know the location of all that is there. I did not have any issues from start to finish so I was able to get in and out pretty quick. I will be coming here again in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience I had to get a lot of items because I am remodeling my mobile home&AMELIA really enjoys her job which is rare to find in today society IN customer service. I did a survey about her & my shopping experience I really hope she gets recognized&praised for the wonderful job she did helping me she went way beyond her means and she works in the refrigerator stove and cabinet department. Although the items I was purchasing did not really have to do with where she was working so it really surpriseme that she wanted to help me as much as she did she even went to the extent of getting a ladder and climbing to the top of the rack and getting me more items that were not in stock at the bottom of the rack which really surprised me it is so hard to find a good customer service person in today's world ...there were other employees that helped me down the many other different alises of the store whom were also very nice at the Dublin Georgia home depot on 1833 Veterans Blvd--they are also offering a great promotion if you get a new Home Depot credit card they take $25 off of your whole purchase so that was also very good since sales taxes is so high today it helped me out tremendously! Also they have a six months no interest offer available on purchases that total $299 or more which is a great help when you are having to remodel like I am having to do. They also have a lot of different no interest plans there's four different ones ones for 12 months 18 months to 24 months I ended up picking out the six months so I think that's a great promotion especially when having to do a big project like I am having to do. This store had a cool large, 10' x 10' give or take, information board at the front of the store near the checkouts that celebrated it's employees. I think it had an employee of the month, the contest winners and other things. It was really nice to see that the company/management of the store thought enough of the associates to make the store personable. I know Lowe's home improvement doesn't have anything in the front of the stores like this. Great Job and kudos to the employees and store manager!

More check out open , self check out removes. keep floor clear of merchandise. always make sure handy cap carts are available, Do not leave them at the check out,

Dublin is fortunate to have the Home Depot Store. They stock many things that you can't find anywhere else here. Their prices are very reasonable.

The employees in this store went above and beyond the assist us with our purchase.

Had the best experience buying paint from Shawanda and the other paint associate (also a young lady) They were as excited about the success of my project as I was and were very helpful. BYW the paint is perfect!!!

I would definitely recommend coming to this store simply because if you can't find what your looking for the staff will gladly help you find it or they will order it.

We shop quite a bit at this home depot. We find that the store employees are not that helpful, and on this occasion the cashier we had was very rude, and slamming the items we bought on the counter

Extremely consistent excellent customer service.

Went to homedepot on 5/12/17 Was helped by Dazsia and Kyalla they were so helpful and even spoke to my children. Dazsia was one of the best and most friendliest cashiers I have ever met and Kyalla was a great costumer service representive who helped me when I didn't understand something. Kyalla spoke to my shy children and made them smile and laugh while we waiting patiently on a manager over ride. Thank you both for the great experience.

recommend for prices , availability but if you need assistance especially loading purchase employees seem to have disappeared

the service at this store has tanked over the last five years. very seldom can you get help loading in a timely manner. too many employees that seem to do nothing. when you call the store no one will answer in departments, get transferred to service desk where they retransfer you and still no answer or cut you off. stock choices in hardware and plumbing are not near what lowes is. go to pick up will call and several times service desk person seems clueless and have to step them thru process. too many employees in evening when asked a question, "oh i am just a stocker" then they continue stocking. 4 weeks ago had a question in garden center, 4 people were near pot area, all were stockers and could not help. emi and jamey are the main two employees left at store that you can ask a question or get help from needless to say i have started shopping at lowes a lot more. i could go on and write lots more but i think this will get the message across.

Our home depot is great. The people are friendly and willing to help. I must say one of the best employees is got to be Chris Walker. He is awesome and will try to help anything you need. Thanks Home Depot
