Great team top to bottom!

We worked with Dave on our kitchen remodel. He was excellent! We purchased cabinets, countertops and appliances. Can’t wait for everything to be installed!

We needed some additional nailing trim for our install, shout out to Ash and Rebecca for going above and beyond to help us.

Isabelle (Pickup Desk) was very helpful and professional. Patrick (Store Manager) was knowledgeable and very helpful with water heater information.

Everything I purchased online (twice) was broken or marred. Had to rent a truck and drive to Duluth because the project is so far behind. Home Depot was not generous with discounts on in store purchase’s considering we didn’t get what we wanted.

There is usually enough staff around, but the staff is never particularly knowledgeable in the area I'm looking. They are able to use the app to find things just as fast as I can. So it's usually not a great help. I need someone to tell me how to/what to not where something is in the store. I can only imagine Home Depot does not pay knowledgeable individuals enough to work at the store.

Give Alexcis a raise! It is great to encounter someone with such great customer centered service.

Larry in Doors and Kathy at customer service were awesome. Larry made sure I had all materials I needed to install a front exterior door. If it was not for him I would have made multiple trips for supplies. Each trip would have taken 3 hours to complete since I am located 60 miles away. Thanks to the Home Depot Team!

I purchased numerous tools for working on my cabin and am extremely happy with my purchase, thanks to Eric!

Grateful for the assistance we received when picking up a dock. Took some skill to get it loaded.

We found all we needed and it as a better deal than surrounding stores carrying similar products.

I've noticed that HD is carrying more unusual plants than in the past and that the plants I buy have been well cared for.

We are preparing to renovate our home both inside and out. We intend to replace most of the flooring, painting, etc. and then next year we will be redoing the exterior. This was our first visit to Home Depot in quite a while. Pleasantly surprised while visiting multiple departments at the willingness of people to help us out in looking at carpeting, flooring, cabinets and building materials. We will be back as the project unfolds this spring/summer. Very well run store.

STORE IS WELL STAFFED WITH PEOPLE TO HELP. ALWAYS CLEAN AND ORDERLY.ALSO SO HELPFUL WHEN I CALL WITH A QUESTION.

Eric was very helpful with my purchase of pavers and rocks. He even helped me load them in the truck! Trinity was extremely friendly and made sure I have everything I needed for the job!

Karen is the kindest and most courteous cashier. She will interact with you and converse based on your purchases, but not in an intrusive manner.

Alexis was awesome at the check out, she was friendly, chatty ( but also did her job). She also helped me load lumber into my vehicle.
