I was very impressed with the help I received from two young men. Measured my car to make sure box would fit so I didn't have to use delivery service also carried out to my car

I went to buy foreign Web site said they had 22 units in stock. I drove 2 hours to get to store. I was told they had all 27 box I needed to complete my project. I was told if I paid for all 27 boxes, I could pick up the 20 boxes I had room for and the remaining 7 boxes would be held for me to pick up later. When I came back latter the service desk looked at my order and sent me to the check out area. I waited there for a while and then the agent called a few people and sent me back to service desk. After talking to the third person at the service desk I was told that the product as not on hold for me but they had 6 units on the floor I could take. A manager came out. & not introduce themselves and did not offer a solution. I suggested that they ship the remaining box to me at the store's expense. I was told it would happen by the nameless manager. I took the product home. I found that two of the boxes had been opened and taped shut. They held damaged product. I am still waiting for the final box of product.

Today, this store sold me a supposedly brand new, original packaging Ring video doorbell. When I got home and registered it, Ring told me it was already registered to someone else. I called the Duluth Home Depot, whose manager said that someone returned it and didn't tell the store they had registered it. That's completely unacceptable. They should not be selling returned products as new, and it doesn't matter that the packaging looked new. Equally bad, the best the manager could offer me was for me to go back to the store and exchange it, which I told him absolutely not; of course I don't want another from this store. Yes, they'll refund me but how about my time wasted on extra trips, time on the phone with Ring, etc. On top of that, I relayed to the manager that I had a very good experience with a knowledgeable and helpful employee the day before. The manager did not acknowledge that or say he would relay the message to the employee.

I was in just a few days ago with my daughter to pick up some panels that needed to be cut and Brandon made or trip 100% worth every second we were there. He was beyond accommodating and his attitude toward my daughter and I is somthing that should be taught to every HomeDepot employee. I have never felt do welcome in a store before our trip to duluths home depot. Brandon was so positive, helpful and easy going I can't imagine have dealing with anyone else during our trip, he alone is a big reason for the next time I return to this store. Also our cashier was very helpful with getting us in contact with Brandon to get our needs taken care of and she was extremely nice to my daughter and upon checking out. I can not remember her name but she also deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

Every employee was so helpful and kind to me!! One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time!!

We were helped outside to load our large item by a very nice person named Jamie. We did not even have to ask for help, he saw us with our item and came right over.

We have been so satisfied with shopping at the Duluth Home Depot. The staff is friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. We have bought all our kitchen appliances there and are in the process of getting new carpeting. They prices are competitive and they have always had what we needed.

Employee service is above & beyond, as a senior, so appreciated. It's so easy to locate items with their aisle & bin markings, when directed.

This used to be the worst Home Depot of any honestly. I'm a life time customer and career General Contractor. I know my HD's and the department helps usually by name. This store has become awesome like the rest. I don't know what you did. But I would like to thank Patrick Moran for his incredible transformation and to Randy for his part in that as well. You guys also mix one heck of a can of paint, especially considering that I'm particular and it was cabinet paint. Your attitudes are amazing and I'm sure you're not getting paid enough, lol. Jamie went out of his way today with assistance. Very much appreciated. He was very helpful as was everyone in the store. Department personnel helpful, cashier helpful, loading assistant helpful. Great Job Home Depot!!

Top notch Did not give up until military discount granted after problems

EXTREMELY rude cashier who refused to assist with military discount! We will shop elsewhere in the future. There are many other businesses who respect their veterans.

Have always had good service and friendly cashiers. Products are of good quality and easy to find.

Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile. If I'm looking for something they give me great help and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does.

Deanna was an amazing help and went above and beyond for myself, and other customers while I was there. I work for a competitor, however I will continue to shop here due to the level of customer service and friendliness of the employees!

Store was clean and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. Safety was part of the process.

Excellent store, excellent employees, excellent Customer Service! Hardly anyplace is this efficient and professional, but the Duluth Home Depot is both!

My husband wanted to buy a chop saw. He saw one in Burnsville that was a good fit but they had none in stock. He took a photo of the HD product sign and sent it to me to look for the saw in the Duluth store. You had the saw in stock but it was priced $100 above the Burnsville store. Courtney, Debbie and Deanna helped me to understand and rectify the problem. Thank you!!!

I had a complicated return and Debbie at the Customer Service desk was AWESOME!

Love thus store, the employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly.

Debbie didn’t need to be there and and probably shouldn’t have been. She was unhappy that I needed to return a special order and she want going to do it on her log in. Then the manager told her how to help me and she was going to make it as miserable as she could. Why anyone would want to be like that is beyond me. The customer behind me said that’s how it always is here.

I shop this store often and purchase refrigerators and kitchen cupboards on a regular basis. Deb in appliances and Eric in cabinetry always know me by name and what I am looking for. The other employees are always friendly and helpful too. I also appreciate the staff's willingness to assist me with carry out and are willing to tie-down merchandise in my truck for me. I can't beat that!!!
