I have been impressed by the helpfulness of store staff. They are knowledgable, friendly and have access to store technology that enables them to answer questions about availablility.

We bought a washer and had it delivered. The machine was a piece of junk. The manager called the manufacturer and they refused to take it back. The Home Depot store helped us out and took it back for us. Everyone involved in the transaction was so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us after we had no luck with the manufacturer. We are loyal Home Depot shoppers just for this very reason. We received awesome service at this store.

Great store with wonderfully helpful employees

Went in for a vacuum cleaner belt and there was only one in stock. That's right, there was only ONE SINGLE BELT. Not the type I needed, of course. The clerk said they wouldn't have any more for two weeks.

the store is always clean and the lanes are open for easy shopping with a cart. Service is usually awesome only had one individual over many visits that was having a bad day and seemed to not want to talk or assist customers...but 1 out of 50 is pretty good stats.

We found the employees in several departments extremely helpful.

next time the parking lot is seal-coated and re-striped, they should consider putting in angled parking slots instead of what they have now...much easier for parking and leaving when one drives a larger vehicle like a work van or truck, or if one is using a trailer...

Great Service, Needed to return shower doors. The manager (Jim), department employee (Debbie), return desk (Arlene and Chad) made the process easy. No one could have expected better service.

Jim helped me find a shower head pipe. He helped me as soon as I walked through the door. He had a great personality and was awesome to work with! I would highly reccomened this Home Depot!

When you need assistance you don't have to hunt for someone. Not only are they friendly and helpful but they take you directly to what item you are looking for. Very customer oriented not like the competition.

We really enjoyed our shopping experience today. The associate in the door department made sure we were getting the exact product that covered our needs at the best price. Several other associates greeted us and assisted us in finding our purchases. The girl checking us out went above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory. She even assisted us with loading our water heater on a cart. The store was neat and well organized.

I would only recommend Home Depot because they carry Behr paint but if you need paint and you purchase it during a sale, be prepared to wait for more than a half hour for them to get your order filled. I've only ever seen one person working in the paint area at a time.

If you ask for Military discount check receipt on the spot.

I had a very pleasant visit to the outdoor plant store. I was looking for a specific plant and had the pleasure of a young gal wait on me. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. she was very honest when I asked questions about the plants I was purchasing and told me she had not worked there that long but, has learned a lot since she started. She helped me pick out the 3 plants as I was not going to be planting them right away. She also scanned the plants to make sure they were the ones in the Ad.

Staff was helpful, the store was clean and the merchandise was in stock as well as well displayed. All of the staff was friendly and very upbeat.

Always an employee available to answer all my questions. Being a woman, this is very important when it comes to construction questions, etc. Every single one of the employees had a smile on their face and willing to help, which tells me management is doing an excellent job. Thank you!!

Someone is always near to ask where something might be, they are also quick to tell if they do not have something. I asked in the paint department for a stain chart and the young man was most eager to help. He offered me a chip board of stain colors and I said that I needed a paper one to show a client for stain specification....they are as handy, at least for me, as the paint charts are. They offer a valuable resource in choosing finish schedules.

I always find new and fun things at this store. I was just there a few days ago and found something I didn't know about or had seen before and liked and bought it. That's always a fun thing. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. I like going to this store and not having to hunt around for someone to ask for help. It's clean and well stocked.
