I came in yesterday looking for several things. The first employee I saw was an older gentleman who said what can I help you find and as I mentioned I was looking for bathroom lights. He took me back to that aisle continued to stay there and guide me through what I was looking for and check prices for me and made sure I knew where the boxes were. I found the perfect light for me. As I left that area looking for some adhesive. I ran into another employee who said oh. Let me help you find that and went with me to this specific aisle and showed me what I was looking for. In general I just found the store was like ready to serve and had people available to do so and I really appreciated that.

Although this wasn’t a big spending day at Home Depot, I found 2 plants and we got what we came in for! Ending sad very nice

I bought a thousand dollar air compressor that was a floor model and was forced to take it, only to find out that it was returned prior and had an old 200 dollar central pneumatic from harbor freight in it from the employees not checking the return? I bout 2 tool boxes totalled over 1200 dollars and had to load them myself due to being told they had nobody capable of helping me load them. This time I had to load a industrial steel shelving unit that depicted 2 person lift due to nobody helping after the so-called manager said he would be waiting. I went back in he said he was going to investigate and said there's my loader, so I said let's see what happened. He said I get off in 15 minutes, I'll sort it out tomorrow? I asked if I could file a complaint and he said you just did. Totally unprofessional and rude. They make you feel like you are doing a disservice by asking them to help or do their jobs.

i was lucky enough to have Elizbeth greet me and give me an honest run down on your washer and dryer sets. her easy going personality and knowledge of the products sold me even before i made my choice. if more stores had this type of sales assistants life would be easier. ty home depot for her and you great prices.

If you ask an employee a question, they seem perturbed to have to help you. Their attitudes are poor and customer service is terrible.

Happy with the purchase, but should have been told that the mower was locked in towing position. We had to release pins in order to set drive shaft and only discovered this by YOU TUBE not the manual that was given with the mower. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuCVpUPDD64

Angela was beyond amazing! We asked 5 sales associates before we found Angela. No one was willing to go above and beyond until we found Angela Her customer service was 110%. She made sure we were taken care of and very appreciative of her.

When you have a need to finish a project, you just hope the store has everything you need. It was one trip. Home Depot had ever item we needed for our project.

I went to this store looking for a particular zero turn mower. John in lawn and garden went out of his way to find the particular mower I was wanting which was not in the ware house. He searched until he found it and together with him and the store manager,Katie, they made my purchase easy and gave me a good deal.. Great store! This store certainly gives great customer service.

Normally don't go in Home Depot but will go back to this one if I can!! Everywhere I walked, associates were super friendly, especially Betty at front checkouts! I found the product I needed quickly and great variety to choose from at a great price at a nice clean store!

Austin was extremely helpful and informative in assisting us with selecting and purchasing our new refrigerator/freezer and arranging for its prompt delivery.

This was an easy trip. Knew what I needed, and knew where to find what was needed. There was a staff member that greeted me at the door offering to help, and the staff member at the self checkout made sure I had what was needed.

Originally purchased 2 items and used Military discount. Went to another store and found the same 2 items cheaper in price even witbout using Military discoint. Went back to Home Depot and adkex for Price Compararison adjustment I had been told they do. Of the 2 employees I spoke to at the CS counter, the 1 told the othet employee who was being trained that Home Depot doesn't Price Comp. with the store whete I found the 2 items cheaper. I was told I would just be able to get a refund and buy the 2 items at the other store, so that's what I did, MAJOR WASTE OF TIME! I called the store manager and asked if what I was told was true, because I was told on previous occasions Home Depot DID price comps. with the store I found the 2 items at. The store manager told me Home Depot DID Price Comps. I found the 2 items cheaper at! I gave him the names of the 2 employees who told me the wrong information! The employee who told me and the new employee wrong information was on the rude side when telling me incorrectly! Among other instances of misinformation at Home Depot, I will most likely not shop at Home Depot after this experience and Inconvenience!!

Everything you need for home is available for the most part
