Thanks Carrie, Jackie & Jaxson for going above and beyond and getting these Bernese Mountain Dog statues for us off the pallets. The store wasn’t even set for Christmas yet, but they insisted they could grab a few for us. Your kindness and willingness to help is much appreciated!!

I bought a thousand dollar air compressor that was a floor model and was forced to take it, only to find out that it was returned prior and had an old 200 dollar central pneumatic from harbor freight in it from the employees not checking the return? I bout 2 tool boxes totalled over 1200 dollars and had to load them myself due to being told they had nobody capable of helping me load them. This time I had to load a industrial steel shelving unit that depicted 2 person lift due to nobody helping after the so-called manager said he would be waiting. I went back in he said he was going to investigate and said there's my loader, so I said let's see what happened. He said I get off in 15 minutes, I'll sort it out tomorrow? I asked if I could file a complaint and he said you just did. Totally unprofessional and rude. They make you feel like you are doing a disservice by asking them to help or do their jobs.

Thank God for the brave that protect each and everyone of us everyday and provide their expertise to complete our home projects.

Maybe you should consider a special day to honor all veterans and also you should consider a disposable flag area for all of us to place our torn and worn U.S. Flags.

I only do business with this store. It is convenient and has very friendly employees.

I went to get a ladder/step stool and some shelf holders. I really wasn’t sure what I needed. Mike not only helpful but he was patient and kind.

Cynthia the cashier was really friendly. She took the time to just talk about whatever. Huge smile on her face. Just a really good person to chat with. Give her a raise.

I searched several stores for kitchen cabinets. You had it! I got it!

I live almost 2-hours away, and the product I wanted was nowhere to be found in my area. I did a search, and this Home Depot had it! I called, Kelsey (spelling?) answered, she found the product and held it for me at customer service to pick up the next day. The next day arrived, and due to circumstances, I wasn’t able to get down there. I called again and this time spoke with Kinsey (spelling?). I let her know I wasn’t able to drive down that day, and she held it one more day for me. I bought it.

I am so pleased with all at HomeDepot! I had a rude awakening of dishwasher, washer and dryer needing to be replaced! I went into the location and found what I needed! I was in and out in no time at all. Delivery will be next week!

The employee I met was i think she said actually suppose to be on delivery orders her name is Angela ! She was the most caring and sweet woman! She was working hard and really busy , but took the time to show concern and help me out when she saw i needed it ! Will be returning to this store because of the respect and knowledge of this employee here ! Good job with this one guys !

Claudia has helped us get a toolbox and was able to find the patio set we needed. Employees were kind and helpful.

Great Customer Service

Every time I shop there even when there is a problem I get taken care of with respect and friendliness.

While looking for a specific mix of Qickrete an employee walk up and asked if he could help. He explained that he would walk me directly to what I was looking for. Check out was easy and the store was neat and orderly.

We purchased a washer, dryer and dehumidifier and Dan B was AWSOME. He answered every question we had and made our visit friendly and welcome. The store was clean even the restrooms were spotless. Walked away very happy with the service and advice we received. Will definitely return.

Received no customer service from head of garden center when was trying to locate a product. Still have not received product. Poor customer service!!!

This store has amazing staff and is clean and well stocked in comparison to other Home Depot stores in the area. Very much worth going a bit out of your way for this store.

I needed paint, my wife gave me instructions as to what to buy and of course, I did not fully understand. But, after talking to the wonderful girl at the counter. She sorted me out and got me the wright product. Some DIY stores nearby do not have any support personnel. Home Depot always has good people to help. Their HR department knows how to hire good people.

I was looking around, Sandy ask me If she can help me, I ask about a particular item and she bring me to the right place (area) and showed me the best option at a best price. Simply Maravilloso. Thanks

Not very happy with employees appearance, ripped jeans, rude, and very pushy about the rewards program after saying no multiple times. There was a group of employees, about 4-5 hanging out in the middle of the aisle I was trying to walk down goofing off.

This location was the only one in the city that I was able to track down a large quantity of product I needed for a commercial project. The paint staff was already filling my order when I arrived the first day. I had to make multiple subsequent trips to pick up even more over the next couple of days. Every person I interracted with from the paint counter to customer service, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They did everything they could to fill my order and offer savings. It truly made my experience!
