Its very good to shop at homedepot and has everything you need for home plants and all others etc.

The cashier needs to be retrained. She made me wait for 10 minutes while she rang up other customers. It turned out that the code for the chain that I had cut was correct all along. She was just incompetent and without empathy when she realized she made a mistake.

In and out fast if you know what you are looking for.

I love the garden department. Very colorful and great instock. It looks very clean compare to other retailers i shop for my plants.

I was in need of a washing machine to replace my tired old machine. Wasn't looking forward to what I thought would be a major expense. Much to my surprise, Home Depot had a variety to choose from and the prices were reasonable. I was going to buy a Whirlpool that was in mint condition, (floor model). But my attention was drawn to other models that were slightly higher, but still reasonably priced. For just a few $$$ more, delivery and removal of my old machine was included with the purchase price.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS STORE IS ITS EMPLOYEES ... WILLING TO HELP

Employees for assistance are usually hard to find, once you go to the Customer Service desk it takes a good 5 minutes for the employee that can assist you in the area that you need assistance to show up. Once they do, they are usually knowledgeable and very helpful.

Store was easy to navigate. Didn't find a clearance isle for open, discontinued, etc. items. Visited lawn and garden for a specific item but I found no offers or incentives to shop for other products.

Associates were around the store and when I asked for help they had the answers. There was activity going on in the lumber department. I had to find an alternate route to where I was headed and an employee was near by to help. I loved the new solar light in the garden shop.

this store have a good and acceptable customer service, and employer have a reliable attention when customer need products information on the store.

It all depends on who you deal with. I dealt with one individual who I clearly bothered and then I dealt with Dinorah...she is the reason I purchased my products.

Fast n easy to get in n out of the store trip i found everthing i looked for and at a fair price

The person that helped me was not from that, dept. His name is Danny Pineda OMG how very nice I needed a Door. He brought it down than put it in my handcart it was heavy but, He gave me a smile Wow Great customer service why go anywhere else.

This store seems to be geared more towards construction. There is a lot in the form of building materials; but other areas feel like they are lacking compared to other HD I have visited.

I go to this store for convenience - it's a little closer than the major competition. For plumbing I always go here because Cliff is a Superstar - always sincerely helpful - and knows his stuff. The store parking lot always takes me aback due to trash, carts and just simply dirty but the store is relatively good inside. The staff is reasonably good - in most cases but Cliff is absolutely the best. I've probably spent $25000 as a home owner - at this Home Depot over the years and will keep going back but the competitor does sometimes pull me away due to the overall store experience - but Cliff will keep me here for plumbing.

Shopping online for store pick-up was easy and convenient.

Found the products real easy and at a good price, but I always find my products at Home Depot
