This store had what I needed and at a fair price however they do not enforce the county mandate and store policy for all customers to wear a mask whuile inside the store. On a recent visit I saw 8 individuals shopping and interfacing with store employess while none where wearing a mask. I for one am concerned about my health and that of others and would rather shop somewhere that takes our safety seriously.

I find this store well stocked and competitive when compared to other home improvement stores. The staff is helpful and courteous.

I thought it was going to ask in the survey for the names of the people who helped me, but it didn't so I will put it here. I had a great shopping experience! Colleen, Jurnee and Kathleen were awesome! They deserve a shout out. As do the guy who helped me in ladders and the lady who helped me in Gardening. The sweet kid who helped load my car was awesome too!

Kudos to the amazing staff who helped me with 15 gallons of paint mixing at closing time. They never once complained and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, saved some money, and then made sure I had everything loaded in my car. Much appreciation to TJ, Angie, and Jane!

Love this Home Depot store! If I cannot find an item, someone always leads me in the right direction. The cashier, David, is always friendly and fast. He provides excellent customer service and is always in a great mood. This store is close to work and home, but I would shop there regardless, because of how well this store operates.

This is an excellent store. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable in their specialty areas in my experience. The plumbing staff have been particularly helpful to me lately in both technical help and product selection for my repairs. I highly recommend this location.

This is my go to home improvement store.

This Home Depot is my destination of choice for home improvement purchases. This trip was a mix of new, enthusiastic staff and staff that seemed unsure of their jobs.

The carpet/flooring department took my cash stating an installer would contact me within 48 hours, they have not, they gave mis-information and I got the run around. Still have not hear from anyone.

If you want to get Covid go to the store because they let people go in without masks

I’ve never had a problem with this store. Workers are friendly. Everything I ever need when working on the house is right there, very convenient.

I would like to recognize the checkout staff member. I usually have that information on the sales receipt, but she had to check me out at another register due to a card-reader issue. I would like to say I appreciate her friendly approach and efficiency.

I have been searching for a refrigerator for the past couple of days and my last stop was at Home Depot. The customer service that I experienced from Wiley coyote was incredible! He answered every question and not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry for me to leave. As a matter fact, I purchased my refrigerator from Home Depot because of his excellent and professional salesmanship! The employees there are very helpful and quick to answer your questions and were able to order things for me quickly!

I felt like I was invisible and noone wanted to help a single woman in the fencing department. It was clear that I needed assistance. Now I know why I shop at another competitor that is just a few miles further than this store. Customers shop where they feel that their business is appreciated, I did not experience this and left disgusted;o(

I would like to mention that I have noticed some younger staff (late teens, early 20's?) that seem to be very service oriented. I find that, other than the immediate service provided, it provides me with hope for the future of our community and nation. Keep finding and supporting these young people.

No masks, no protection. Go to Menards, they require protection.

The store was very busy and the employees cordial. They processed the transaction in a timely manor.
