I came to the store today to buy a 100ft roll of 4" corrugated pipe. I checked out and when I got to my vehicle, the trouble began. This roll of drain tile didn't fit into the trunk, or backseat, of my 4 door sedan! I folded down my seats, I pushed, I pulled, but to no avail. That's when Steve arrived. Somehow, this man made it fit. Real heros don't wear capes---they wear orange aprons.

Home depot at Chaska is different I was told to wait on a certain aiels for help but nobody showed up what a good example but 13100 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 is awesome every body smiles and ask if we needed any help.

The customer service person who answered the phone was sincerely friendly, competent and went above and beyond my initial question to help me solve a problem in a way that created more work for her but way less for me. I was really surprised and delighted by her willingness to help me by going the extra mile.

Home depot Eden Prairie location works perfect for me and for the most part I can find what I need and I go all the time, one thing a really dislike is all the self check out stations. Why do th Hone Depot don't have regular check out stawith real people? I mean I already spend my money there buying there products and on top of that I still need to check out myself? ShouldI get a discount for doing the cashier's workand saving the home depot money on potentially hiring more employees and be a source of employment for the community? My two cents.

Purchased carpet, windows, paint, hardware, vanity, landscaping stuff here and my experience has been always great!! Well organized store with good inventory management and very helpful staff. Excellent service by inhome consultation and installation staff as well.

Bought a Whirlpool refrigerator here after looking at several other stores because it had the one I wanted and at the best price! Diane in the appliance area was very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering and preparing me for the delivery of our new refrigerator. She was great to work with- very personable and straight forward. Plus I didn't have look all over the store to find someone to help me. The delivery went better than I expected.

Several people at The Home Depot not only helped me find exactly what I needed but also saved me some money. Nice.

We purchased flooring (carpet + luxury vinyl) for our house and were so thankful to work with Nancy - who has so much knowledge and ideas about flooring, window coverings and tile. Her patience was appreciated. She is professional and friendly and loved our dog! It was a great experience.

I PURCHASED A BAHROOM MIRROR FOR THE SMALL GUEST BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS IN MY TOWNHOME AND WHEN CHOOSING A COUPLE OF EMPLOYEES WERE RIGH NEAR THEY AND BOTH SHARED INPUT I HAD ASKED FOR AND THEY BOTH GAVE ME GREAT SUGGESTIONS BASED ON MY QUESTIONS, THE PURCHASE I MADE WORKED OUT VERY WELL, IT LOOKS GREAT AND THE OHER BATHROOM ACCESSORIES I PURCHASED ALSO WORKED OUT REALLY WELL.ALOS I LOOKED AT YOUR STORE BRAND SMALL VANITY COMBO THAT LOOKED REALLY SHARP, FUNTIONAL AND WAS AT A GREAT PRICE AND IT IS PROBABLY WHAT I WILL PURCHASE VERY SOON.

I buy lot's of stuff at this location, always receive good service. But I always enter with a positive attitude.

If James in customer has worked all day, 9 or more hours, it results in profanity and being rude to customers. That was my experience. How did I know he worked 9 hours you say? Because he told me and said he was tired. Unprofessional. A very nice lady had to assist me and did what he could not do. Hence the three star review instead of one star. Maybe the manager shouldn’t schedule James for long hours. Just saying.

The cashier was friendly, asked about credit card and I told her I was pro extra. She stopped and asked about protection plan. I always purchase protection plan and she gave me the brochure.

I bought 2tall toilets last month and now bought washer and dryer. Can’t wait to get to get them

I went to Home Depot today hoping to get help finding a thin piece of wood for a project. I needed more information about what type of wood would be good for the project and their employee, Xander, provided exceptional service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and friendly. He even helped cut the wood into the small size that I needed. I am very grateful for the help I received from Xander today.

I like The Home Depot and come to shop there when I have new home project or need a new plants in spring

I went into the Eden Prairie store and it was great to see some of the same employees.

Scott Effertz went above and beyond his job duties to help me with my project. He saved me a ton of money by showing me how I can fix my bed and not throw it away. He helped me gather the tools I needed and showed me the best way to put my bed together. I'm grateful for his help.

Daniel and Dillon gave great customer service. We are very happy and will shop at this Home Depot again! :)

Now that I found out about HD having access to handyman’s all over the city, I can buy anything!

I ordered the kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity top. Even though we haven’t got it but I am looking forward to moving forward.

I couldn't find anyone in the hardware department that knew anything about that area.

This store (#2812) seems to have a high volume of experienced (older) employees who take pride in finding answers rather than simply saying "we don't have that" like I see in competition stores.

I've shopped here quite a bit and have a great experience here every time

Wow this is one of my favorite Home Depot stores around. Steve, Florence, and Mickey were so helpful and understanding it’s just pleasant to come here, and see they’re faces. The are so pleasant to talk with, and they deserve a raise.
